Description

The invention relates to the connection between the cantilever of an inclined elevator and a cantilever support serving to reinforce it, preferably a cable support.

Inclined lifts are preferably used in building construction, where they are used to transport building materials from ground level to higher floors and vice versa. The basic structure of such inclined elevators consists of a boom, which can generally be moved on a trolley, which is essentially formed by a guide rail profile for a carriage, bucket or the like which can be moved on this guide rail profile.

The booms described above are usually telescopic and can thus reach a considerable length. Since at the same time a light construction with optimal loading possibility is desired, there is a need to stiffen the boom. This is done in known booms by assigning the boom approximately perpendicularly pointing away from him boom supports, over the free ends of which a rope is stretched, which is attached to the end of the boom and thus supports the boom against deflection as a tensioned belt.

The outrigger supports described above, which serve to hold the rope, can possibly reach considerable length dimensions. For the aforementioned reason, they form practically bulky accessories for the inclined elevator boom and are only installed on the inclined elevator at the place of use. After the hour of d. T. known booms or boom supports, the assembly was carried out in a complex manner by screw connections or the like; since the connection points are a few meters above ground level, ladders or the like were again required for this. The assembly is therefore time-consuming in the known boom supports and can only be carried out under difficult conditions.

The invention has for its object to provide a connection of the type mentioned, in which the assembly can be carried out in a simple manner from the ground level without the use of any loose parts and without the use of tools such as ladders or the like. It should be ensured that there is a reliable connection between the boom and the boom support that meets the safety requirements, but that this connection can be released in an equally simple and inexpensive manner.

The invention solves the problem with a connection between the boom of an inclined elevator and a boom support, preferably a rope support, in that the end of the boom support on the boom side can be locked in a receiving pocket of the boom of the inclined elevator by means of a spring-loaded lock. According to the solution according to the invention, the end of the boom support can be pushed into the receiving pocket, engages automatically in the locking position and is locked in such a way that unintentional loosening is avoided.

An embodiment of the above-described invention is characterized in that interlocking projections or recesses are provided on the boom support on the one hand and on the inclined elevator on the other hand by the spring-loaded lock in the locking position. As soon as these projections or recesses interlock in the locking position, they are secured against unintentional detachment by the spring-loaded lock.

The brackets of inclined lifts generally have stiffening belts that grip around the guide rail profile at least on the underside and on the side. According to a further embodiment, the receiving pocket of the inclined elevator is therefore arranged between two adjacent stiffening belts which surround the guide rail profile of the inclined elevator on the underside and laterally from the outside. The outer boundary of the receiving pocket is provided by at least one cross bar connecting two adjacent stiffening belts. This crossbar is advantageously provided with at least one locking cam projecting towards the inside of the pocket, which engages in a corresponding recess in the boom support in the locking position. By means of this latching cam, the boom support is secured against a relative movement between the boom and the boom support in the longitudinal direction of the boom support, i. H. the locking cam or the associated recess take up the support weight.

It is also proposed to design the boom support as a tube and to assign a hook-like extension to the cross bar connecting two adjacent stiffening belts, with which it engages in the locking position in the front tube opening in a form-fitting manner. In this case, both the supporting forces acting in the longitudinal direction of the pipe support are absorbed and, if necessary, a transverse movement of the support in the pocket is prevented.

According to a special design, the spring-loaded lock on the inclined elevator, preferably on the stiffening belt of the inclined elevator, is arranged in such a way that the lock dodges against the pressure of the spring when the boom support is inserted into the receiving pocket. After the complete insertion process and the corresponding projections or recesses snap into place, the lock assumes a position in which it holds with its holding plate orthogonally against the longitudinal axis of the boom support, i. H. orthogonally against the tube of the boom support. Since the retaining plate of the lock is spring-loaded, it is secured in this position, which is oriented orthogonally to the longitudinal axis of the boom support, by a supporting plate fastened to the retaining plate, which in turn is supported on the stiffening belt.

For better «threading» and for securely fixing the boom support in the receiving pocket, guide rails are attached to the guide rail profile of the inclined lift and / or to the stiffening belt. and / or support surfaces are provided which form the inner boundary of the receiving pocket. The invention thus creates an easy-to-produce and reliable connection between the boom and the boom support, which can be produced by simply inserting the boom support into the receiving pocket without the aid of further aids, with an automatic locking taking place.

The invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment.

  • Fig. 1 die Verbindung in noch unverriegelter Stellung in einem teilweisen Querschnitt durch einen Ausleger eines SchrägaufzugesFig. 1 shows the connection in the still unlocked position in a partial cross section through a boom of an inclined elevator
  • Fig. 2 die gleiche Verbindung in verriegelter StellungFig. 2 shows the same connection in the locked position

In the two figures, identical parts have been provided with the same reference symbols.

With 5 an inclined elevator is designated, which is shown in an approximately half-sided cross-section. The inclined elevator 5 has a guide rail profile 10 which serves to guide carriages or buckets and which is surrounded on the underside by a plurality of stiffening belts 11 which, viewed in the longitudinal direction of the guide rail profile 10, are arranged next to one another. The stiffening straps 11 can consist of different profiles; in cross section they can be box-shaped, T-shaped or the like, for example. Between two adjacent stiffening belts 11 there is a narrow space into which a tube can be inserted as a boom support 2 with its boom end 1 in the direction of arrow 17.

From Fig. 1, a lock 3 can be seen, which is supported by a spring 13 on the stiffening belt 11. Due to the spring force, the lock 3 tries to turn clockwise. When the boom support 2 moves in the direction of the arrow 17, the force of the spring 13 is overcome, the holding plate 14 dodges and the boom support 2 can be pushed into the position shown in FIG. 2, the boom support 2 on the guide during the «threading process». and / or support surfaces 16 is guided. These guide and / or support surfaces 16 can be arranged both on the guide rail profile 10 and on the stiffening belt 11.

Fig. 1) und andererseits einen Rastnocken 6 auf. Fig. 1), bis sie ihre Endposition erreicht hat. A cross bar 12 is arranged between the two lateral stiffening belts 11 and is connected to the two adjacent stiffening belts 11 by welding, screwing or the like. The crossbar 12 has on the one hand a hook-like extension 7 (see FIG. 1) and on the other hand a locking cam 6. During the “threading process”, the outer surface of the boom support 2 slides along this latching cam 6 (see FIG. 1) until it has reached its end position. In the end position, the detent cam 6 dips into a recess 8 in the boom support; at the same time the hook-like extension 7 engages in the tube opening 9, centering means (not shown) can also be provided in the region of the hook-like extension or the tube opening, which additionally fix the boom support in the receiving pocket 4. A further fixation can take place, however, in that the cantilever support 2 rests with its edge 18 against the outer surface 19 of the guide rail profile in the end position. The fixing and securing both against axial displacement and against a transverse displacement is carried out by the retaining plate 14, which is now - after the boom support has been placed against the cross bar 12 - in a position which is shown in Fig. 2 and wherein the holding plate orthogonal to the longitudinal axis of the support fixes this in its position. The support plate 15 is supported on the stiffening belt 11, so that a further movement of the spring-loaded lock 3 in the clockwise direction is prevented. To release the connection, it is only necessary to push back the holding plate 14 of the spring-loaded lock counterclockwise by means of a rod, a light tube or the like so that the boom support 2 can be released from its locking position and pulled out of the receiving pocket.
