Abstract

Der Nachsetzvorgang wird durch die Betätigung eines Schalt­ stößels (14) am Nachsetzgerät (10) ausgelöst, der ein 3/2-Wegeventil (13) mit der Hochdruckleitung P verbindet. Die einströmende Druckflüssigkeit beaufschlagt den Schalt­ kolben (16) von einem weiteren 3/2-Wegeventil (15), das Druckflüssigkeit zum Druckraum (2) des Stempels (1) und auf einen Schaltkolben (17) leitet. Dieser wirkt auf einen Riegel (18), der gegen die Kraft einer Sperrfeder (20) in eine Ausnehmung (19) des Schaltstößels (14) einrastet, wenn der Druck in der Nachsetzleitung (11) einen vorgegebenen Mindestsetzdruck übersteigt. Der Riegel (18) wird aus der Einraststellung durch Beaufschlagung eines Schaltkolbens (23) mit dem Raubventil (8) herausgenommen.
