Claims (15)

1. Verfahren zum Transportieren von Gegenständen in Form von Verpackungsbehältern, bestehend im Vorschieben der Gegenstände zu einer Überleitungsstelle in einer jeweiligen Tasche (4) eines ersten Förderers (5), die den Gegenstand eng aufnimmt, jedoch an einer Seite des Weges der Gegenstände offen ist, und im Betreiben eines zweiten Förderers (20) quer zum ersten Förderer (5) zum Abziehen der Gegenstände aus der betreffenden Tasche (4) im Sinne dieser Seite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die beiden Förderer (5, 20) kontinuierlich vorwärtsbewegen und die Gegenstände beim Abziehen aus den Taschen (4) quer zum zweiten Förderer (20) gleitend verschoben werden.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch den zusätzlichen Betrieb eines dritten, sich quer zum ersten Förderer (5) kontinuierlich vorwärtsbewegenden Förderer (24) seitlich neben dem zweiten sich kontinuierlich vorwärtsbewegenden Förderer (29) zur Aufnahme der Gegenstände vom zweiten Förderer (20).
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das vorerwähnte Abziehen der Gegenstände aus den jeweiligen Taschen (4) das Anschieben des Gegenstandes an seiner Oberseite und an seiner Unterseite im Sinne dieser Seite beinhaltet.

Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Vorschubes der Gegenstände zu der Überleitungsstelle Bodenteile (171-175) jedes Gegenstandes zusammengebracht werden, daß die Bodenteile (171-175) zur Bildung eines Bodenverschlusses des Gegenstandes miteinander versiegelt werden und daß gleichzeitig mit dieser Versiegelung eine Substanz in den Gegenstand eingefüllt wird.
5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Versiegelung im Aushärten eines thermoplastischen Materiales des Bodenverschlusses besteht und daß die Substanz während des Einfüllens den Bodenverschluß abkühlt.
6. Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß während des Vorschubes der Gegenstände zu der Überleitungsstelle Bodenverschluß-Nebenlappen (161, 163, 171, 173) des Gegenstandes an den jeweils einander gegenüberliegenden geschlossenen Seiten ihrer Taschen (4)
durch Auswärteschwenken der Nebenlappen (161, 163,'171, 173) herausgebrochen werden, und daß das Herausbrechen mittels einer kontinuierlich bewegten Durchschlageinrichtung (8) durchgeführt wird.
7. Vorrichtung zum Transportieren von Gegenständen in Form von Verpackungsbehältern, mit einer Überleitungsstelle, einem ersten Förderer (5), der sich zu dieser Überleitungsstelle zum Vorschub der Gegenstände entlang eines Weges zu dieser Überleitungsstelle erstreckt, mit an einer Seite des Weges offenen Taschen (4) an dem Förderer (5) zur engen Aufnahme der Gegenstände und mit einem quer zum ersten Förderer (5) angeordneten zweiten Förderer (20) zum Abziehen der Gegenstände aus den jeweiligen Taschen (4) im Sinne der genannten Seite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich die beiden Förderer (5, 20) kontinuierlich vorwärtsbewegen und der zweite Förderer (20) derart ausgebildet ist, daß die von ihm vorgeschobenen Gegenstände quer zu ihm gleiten können.
8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, gekennzeichnet durch einen quer zum ersten Förderer (5) und seitlich neben dem zweiten Förderer (20) angeordneten dritten sich kontinuierlich vorwärtsbewegenden Förderer (24) zur Aufnahme der Gegenstände vom zweiten Förderer (20).

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite Förderer (20) oder sowohl der zweite als auch der dritte Förderer (20, 24) aus zwei Fördergeräten (21, 22, 25, 26) besteht, die jeweils oberhalb und unterhalb des ersten Förderers (5) und quer zum ersten Förderer (5) angeordnet sind.
10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jedes der zwei Fördergeräte (21, 22, 25, 26) Stäbe (23, 27) zum Angriff an den betreffenden Enden der Gegenstände aufweist.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 10, gekennzeichnet durch eine neben dem Weg angeordneto Einrichtung (9-12, 115, 116) zum Zusammenbringen von Bodenteilen (171-175) der Gegenstände und zum Vorsiegeln der Bodenteile (171-175) zur Bildung eines Bodenverschlusses des Gegenstandes und durch eine Fülleinrichtung (13, 111) zum im wesentlichen mit dem Versiegeln gleichzeitigen Einfülien der Substanz in den Gegenstand.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, gekennzeichnet durch einen drehbaren Turm (13), der mehrere mit ihm drehbare Paare Siegelbacken (115, 116) der Einrichtung (9-12, 115, 116) zum Zusammenbringen der Bodenteile (171-175) des Gegenstandes sowie zum Versiegeln dieser Bodenteile (171-175) und oberhalb der jeweiligen Paare Siegelbacken (115, 116) mehrere Füllstutzen (111) der Fülleinrichtung (13, 111) trägt.
13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Förderer (5) oberhalb der Paare Siegelbacken (115, 116) rund um den Turm (13) verläuft, wobei die Paare Siegelbacken (115, 116) mit den betreffenden Taschen (4) des ersten Förderers (5) ausgerichtet sind.

Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 3, gekennzeichnet durch eine neben dem Weg angeordnete, kontinuierlich bewegte Durchschlageinrichtung (8) zum Auswärtsschwenken von Bodenverschluß-Nebenlappen (161, 163, 171, 173) jedes Gegenstandes (2) an jeweils einander gegenüberliegenden geschlossenen Seiten seiner Tasche (4) zum Herausbrechen der Nebenlappen (161, 163, 171, 173).
15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Tasche (4) eine in der Längsachse des Gegenstandes (2) gemessene Länge aufweist, die im wesentlichen gleich dem Abstand zwischen den betreffenden Bodenverschlüssen des Gegenstandes (2) ist.
