Abstract

1. Sales unit comprising hanger and shears having a sales hanger consisting of a flat material piece (10) and provided with a transversely extending suspension slot (12) and shears (8) carried by said hanger, the hanger being so formed that the shears are freely movable, characterized in that in the shears formed as garden shears in a manner known per se two grip levers are pivotally connected via a pivot pin and a first grip is rigidly connected to a first cutting blade (30) whilst a second cutting blade (32) formed as anvil is guided with respect to the first grip via a slide link and is connected via a pivot pin (24) to the load lever arm of the second grip lever, said load lever arm being formed by two legs which engage the second cutting blade (32) in fork-like manner and which shortly behind their articulation end are provided extending outwardly leaving an intermediate space in each case with a bend (22), that the flat material piece (10) comprises a suspension hole (16) which receives the pivot pin (24) of the second cutting blade (32) and which is open via an introduction slot (18) up to the edge of the flat material piece, and that a web (14) extending beneath the suspension hole (16) and the introduction slot (18) engages as flat material piece into a bend (22) laterally offset with respect to the cutting blades (30, 32).

Description

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine Verkaufseinheit der im Oberbegriff des Patentanspruchs 1 angegebenen Gattung. Eine derartige Verkaufseinheit ist aus der DE-A-2444606 bekannt. Hierbei besteht das den Aufhänger bildende Flachmaterialstück aus zwei übereinanderliegenden durchsichtigen Folien, welche am oberen Rand sowie an den Längsseiten randverschweißt, am unteren Ende jedoch offen sind. In die so gebildete Tasche sind die Schneidblätter einer Schere so eingelegt, daß diese innerhalb der Tasche noch ausreichend beweglich sind, um die mit ihren Griffen aus der Tasche vorstehende und über eine Schlaufe gehaltene Schere bedienen zu können.The invention relates to a sales unit of the type specified in the preamble of claim 1. Hierdurch wird erreicht, daß die Arbeitsweise der Schneiden durch die Folienverpackung überprüft werden kann. Die Überprüfung kann jedoch nur optisch erfolgen. Vielfach ist es jedoch bei derartigen Werkzeugen erwünscht, den Tastsinn bei der Prüfung des zu kaufenden Gegenstandes mit zu benutzen. Dies ist im bekannten Falle nicht möglich. Zwar hat die in der genannten Druckschrift beschriebene Verkaufspackung gegenüber Blister-Packungen, bei denen eine Kunststoff-Folie unter Vakuum auf das Werkzeug gedrückt wird, den Vorteil, daß eine Scherenfunktion durchgeführt werden kann, jedoch ist eine Überprüfung der Schneide nicht möglich. Um die Schneide mit den Fingern überprüfen zu können oder einen Probeschnitt durchzuführen, muß die Packung geöffnet werden, und sie ist in geöffnetem Zustand später nicht mehr verkäuflich, wenn der die Überprüfung vornehmende Kunde von einem Kauf Abstand genommen hat.This ensures that the operation of the cutting edges can be checked through the film packaging. Die Verkaufseinheit besteht aus der Gartenschere 8 und dem Aufhänger in Gestalt eines Flachmaterialstücks 10 aus Plastikmaterial oder Karton. Das Flachmaterialstück 10 weist einen Aufhängeschlitz 12 mit einem Loch 13 auf, welches über dem Schwerpunkt der Verkaufseinheit liegt und beim Aufhängen auf einer einzelnen Tragstange die vertikale Lage der Verkaufseinheit sichert. Das Flachmaterialstück 10 weist im unteren Teil ein Aufhängeloch 16 auf, welches über einen Einführungsschlitz 18 nach der Außenseite hin offen ist. Unter dem Aufhängeloch 16 befindet sich ein Trägersteg 14. Das Aufhängeloch 16 ist oben bogenförmig und unten durch eine waagerechte Kante 26 begrenzt. Der Einführungsschlitz 18 mündet mit Abstand zu dieser Unterkante 26 in das Loch 16. Ein Ausschnitt 20 des Flachmaterialstücks ist so bemessen, daß die vertikale Begrenzungskante 21 in montierter Stellung mit den beiden Schneiden der Schneidblätter 30 bzw. 32 der Gartenschere fluchtet. Über den Einführungsschlitz 18 ist der Gelenkzapfen 24 der Schneidblätter in das Aufhängeloch 16 eingeführt, wobei der Tragsteg 14 in den von der Abkröpfung 22 der Griffhebel gebildeten Zwischenraum einsteht (Fig. 2). Dieser die Aufhängung bewirkende Gelenkzapfen 24 liegt bei Scheren der dargestellten Gattung seitlich versetzt zu der durch den Schwerpunkt gehenden Vertikalen. Durch die besondere Formgestaltung des Flachmaterialstückes 10 wird gewährleistet, daß die Verkaufseinheit senkrecht hängt, auch wenn zum Tragen nur eine Rundstange vorgesehen wird.The sales unit consists of secateurs 8 and the hanger in the form of a flat material piece 10 made of plastic material or cardboard. Claims (4)

1. Sales unit comprising hanger and shears having a sales hanger consisting of a flat material piece (10) and provided with a transversely extending suspension slot (12) and shears (8) carried by said hanger, the hanger being so formed that the shears are freely movable, characterized in that in the shears formed as garden shears in a manner known per se two grip levers are pivotally connected via a pivot pin and a first grip is rigidly connected to a first cutting blade (30) whilst a second cutting blade (32) formed as anvil is guided with respect to the first grip via a slide link and is connected via a pivot pin (24) to the load lever arm of the second grip lever, said load lever arm being formed by two legs which engage the second cutting blade (32) in fork-like manner and which shortly behind their articulation end are provided extending outwardly leaving an intermediate space in each case with a bend (22), that the flat material piece (10) comprises a suspension hole (16) which receives the pivot pin (24) of the second cutting blade (32) and which is open via an introduction slot (18) up to the edge of the flat material piece, and that a web (14) extending beneath the suspension hole (16) and the introduction slot (18) engages as flat material piece into a bend (22) laterally offset with respect to the cutting blades (30, 32).
2. Sales unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the suspension hole (12) with respect to the centre of the suspension slot (20) is offset laterally substantially in the same distance as the pivot pin (24) is laterally remote from the centre of gravity of the garden shears.

Sales unit according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the flat material piece (10) comprises on the side opposite the suspension hole (16) a cutout (20) which lies above the first cutting blade (30) and the inner boundary of which lies substantially on the vertical centre line of the flat material piece (10) and is aligned with the anvil face of the second cutting blade (32).
4. Sales unit according to claim 1, characterized in that the suspension hole (16) is arcuate at the top and defined at the bottom by a horizontal edge (26) and that the introduction slot (18) spaced from said lower edge (26) opens into the suspension hole (16).
