Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a thermal insulation roller conveyor according to the preamble of the claim.
Insulations are carried out with the help of organic and inorganic substances.
Here wood, cork, straw and minerals are used as fibers or loose fillings.
Foams made of plastic and minerals are also used. The insulation materials are installed as loose fillings, as plates and in rollable insulation material strips cut into bars.
They are attached to the structures by mechanical fixation or by gluing, in spots or strips or over the entire surface.
When using insulation boards and rollable insulation materials, there are always insulation elements during processing or installation on buildings. The so-called cold and thermal bridges are created, which represent a significant reduction in the value of the work, the insulation.
In addition to the heat-cold loss caused by the joints, various damage analyzes have shown that the seals above the insulation materials are disproportionately stressed and are considered to be the cause of considerable damage to building insulation.
Under the German patent no. 1609 667, a hook rebate panel is known as a thermal insulation panel made of foam plastic.
These insulation boards have a hook fold in the form of straight edges on all sides, which interlock with each other, with the neighboring board, and give off a rigid insulation layer. The relatively large elements, 530 mm X 1030 mm, coverage width 500mm X 1,000mm, are not very suitable for absorbing movements from the building structure. In addition, large foam insulation elements have a tendency to concave / convex keyings, which, depending on the temperature, in turn cause disproportionate stress on the sealing layers above. With today's lightweight roof constructions in large-scale hall construction of industrial construction, a seamless and flexible insulation layer and sealing layer is required. Even the deflection of trapezoidal sheets complicates the perfect installation / assembly on site, the larger the insulation elements turn out.
Insulations cut out of foam blocks into bars are known as thermal roller conveyors. The commercially available goods are glued as plates with a lamination sheet and cut into strips into bars. Due to the cut, the individual insulation elements are rough on the surface and not closed-cell, which has a negative effect on the so-called moisture absorption of the insulation material due to diffusion water or rainwater.
Rohdichte (z.B. PS 20 SE = 20 per m3) erheblichen Toleranzen unterworfen. In addition, foam production in the form of large blocks is subject to considerable tolerances with regard to the continuity of the so-called bulk density (for example PS 20 SE = 20 per m 3 ).
Under the utility model no. DE - U - 8 011 335, a rollable covering sheet for thermal insulation according to the preamble of claim is known, which is laminated with a film sheet and is to be used in particular for the insulation of underfloor heating. The individual segments made of plastic foam have a stepped design on the longitudinal walls, this is the so-called step fold, which is generally known, but does not achieve a non-positive connection between the individual thermal insulation sheets.
The floor covering also has cut and break edges in the form of concave / convex formations of the opposing segments made of foam plastic.
According to the descriptions and the sketches, the break edges and the cut edges on the individual segment edges are arranged arbitrarily and asymmetrically to the non-existent central axis and only match with the neighboring segment.
The variations range from a 45 ° angle to the step fold already mentioned.
The segments of foam plastic depicted in this way are not closed-celled due to the cut and broken edges and are derived from block foam production and are not constant in terms of bulk density.
On
The invention, as characterized in the claim, is intended to remedy this. The elements of the profile grid roller conveyor made of molded foam plastic are equipped on all sides with round tongue and groove profiles and result in a row and bonded in strips with a lamination track, a thermal insulation roller conveyor.
The profiles on the rigid foam elements made of plastic foam are arranged symmetrically about the central axis of the individual element and are designed as a round elevation on one side, so that the round recess on the other side of the neighboring element snaps into place. These rounded tongue and groove profiles apply to the plan-like Rolling out the thermal insulation runway with the elevations in the adjacent depressions and thus form a seamless insulation layer, which result from the interlocking of the mirror-image elevations / depressions of the symmetrical tongue and groove profiles a self-contained insulation layer.
Druckbelastungen, z. Pressure loads, e.g. B. when mounting on hollow bodies such as trapezoidal sheet metal constructions, are distributed over a variety of foam plastic elements. Breakthroughs like foam elements with straight, vertical edges are avoided.
In addition to the profiles just described on the long sides of the foam elements, the individual molded parts also have round profiles such as tongue and groove at the ends of the rigid foam rods. Also arranged symmetrically, but rotated by 180 ° to the central axis, the profiles of the rods made of foam plastic result in a continuous tongue and groove system when the thermal insulation roller conveyor rolls out in plan.
When rolled out, a continuous round tongue and groove system is created on one side of the thermal insulation roller conveyor, into which the tongue and groove system of the adjacent thermal insulation roller conveyor rotated by 180 ° can now be rolled seamlessly.
This results in a seamless thermal insulation layer composed of relatively small insulation elements, which is non-positively connected, but is able to absorb building movements due to the relatively small-format insulation material elements.
The possibilities for absorption arise from the smooth and rounded surface of the profiles, which act like sliding surfaces.
The cohesion of the individual elements is achieved by the adhesive bonding in strips with a lamination layer, primarily made of polymer bitumen sheets with polyester carrier inserts. There is a difference in width and length between the lamination layer and the foam plastic elements, which forms a watertight connection as an overlap on one side of the thermal insulation roller track by means of adhesive bonding to the respective connection track. This connection results both on the long sides and at the head ends of the thermal insulation roller tracks.
Laminating layers of polymer bitumen sheets form the basis for a 2-layer waterproofing; Laminating layers made of high polymer sealing sheets for 1-layer sealing systems are in the range of design and production options. Flush laminations are also conceivable, the watertightness of which can be produced using so-called drag strips.
