Description

The invention relates to a plate with a longitudinal member arranged in the area of its longitudinal end face in the form of an I-profile formed from a sheet steel formed by cold rolling or cold drawing and only doubled in the area of its two flanges, on the lower flange part of which the plate rests with its lower surface and whose web rests on the longitudinal face of the plate.

A known plate of the type mentioned (FR-A-2 251 681) is not intended for the production of building roofs, but rather for ceiling and wall coverings. The side members assigned to the panels are separate components. The height of the longitudinal girder web corresponds to the thickness of the plates that surround between the flanges and can be made of any material. The construction described is not intended and also not suitable for the production of building roofs, because there is no tightness and the longitudinal members extending from the outside inward form excellent cold bridges which result in undesirable condensation problems.

In the case of another known wall covering (DE-A-1 683 494) made of plates and I-profile side members, in which the web of the I-profile is also doubled and the two web sections are spaced apart, the arrangement is also available already made so that the "upper" profile flange is arranged at a distance from the "outside" and encloses with its two parts in longitudinal grooves adjacent plates, the longitudinal end faces of which are set back to form a longitudinal gap. The longitudinal gap is provided here for the purpose of being able to accommodate changes in the dimensions of the plates. In a further known wall covering comparable to that discussed immediately above, in which the panels consist of tiles, the joints between the tiles are naturally grouted.

A plate element for the production of building roofs is also known from practice, consisting of a sandwich plate and a longitudinal member arranged and fastened in the area of its longitudinal end face, the sandwich plate consisting of a rigid foam plastic plate, in particular made of polystyrene, and a lower and upper cover plate glued onto it is constructed and the longitudinal member consists of an I-profile, on the lower flange part facing the rigid foam plastic plate, the sandwich plate rests with its lower cover plate, the web rests on the longitudinal end face of the rigid foam plastic plate and the upper flange part facing the rigid foam plastic plate in a corresponding one provided in the rigid foam plastic plate Longitudinal groove engages, and wherein the hard foam plastic plate on its other longitudinal end face a corresponding longitudinal groove for the upper flange part of the I-profile of an adjacent one n plate element. The Longitudinal beam, which is part of the load-bearing structure, or the I-profile is constructed here from three wooden strips of rectangular cross-section, which form the two flanges and the web of the I-profile. The optionally finger-galvanized wooden strips are glued to one another and to the assigned sandwich panel. Since such plate elements have relatively large lengths of five to six meters, the profile webs also have a relatively large height to avoid excessive longitudinal deflection; As a result, transverse deflections of the sandwich panel can also occur between the longitudinal beams of adjacent panel elements, which can be prevented by placing cross members under them. All of this is relatively complex.

The invention has for its object to make the plate of the type mentioned suitable for use in building roofs with simple manufacturability.

For this purpose, the invention teaches that when used as a plate element for the production of building roofs, the plate is constructed as a sandwich plate from a rigid foam plastic plate, in particular made of polystyrene, and a lower and upper cover plate glued to it, and the longitudinal member consisting of the I-profile on the sandwich plate is attached, the upper flange of the I-profile being arranged at a distance from the upper cover plate, which surrounds the upper flange part facing the rigid foam plastic plate in a corresponding longitudinal groove provided in the rigid foam plastic plate, the rigid foam plastic plate on its other longitudinal end face in a corresponding longitudinal groove for the upper Has flange part of the I-profile of an adjacent plate element and at least one of the two longitudinal end faces above the longitudinal groove is set back to form a longitudinal gap which can be filled with insulating agent.

The advantages achieved by the component according to the invention can be seen in the fact that it is simple and inexpensive to produce, but nevertheless leads to building roofs which meet all requirements in terms of static and climatic technology. The component according to the invention has proven itself in practice in any case. In any case, the invention makes use of the knowledge that an I-profile made of sheet steel that has been formed by cold rolling or cold drawing and is only doubled in the area of its two flanges is considerably easier and cheaper to produce than an I-profile made of glued and possibly finger-galvanized wooden strips. Since the I-profile is embedded with its upper flange part in the rigid foam plastic plate and connected to the latter, there is a higher strength, so that the plate elements can now be made with a greater length. For the same strength against bending in the longitudinal direction of the plate element, the I-profile can be made considerably smaller in the cross-sectional dimensions from the formed steel sheet. Insofar as it is no longer necessary to add crossbars because the sandwich panels can lie on crossbeams of the load-bearing structure after a slight deflection. In addition, the web height of the I-profile made of the formed steel sheet is considerably lower than with a corresponding wooden version, so that cold bridges or condensation problems do not occur. In addition, the longitudinal groove remaining free between adjacent elements above the upper flange permits reliable filling with an insulating agent, so that tightness of an element assembly is also possible without great effort.

In the following the invention will be explained with reference to a drawing representing an embodiment, the only figure of which shows a plate element.

The plate element is intended for the production of building roofs. The association of two plate elements is indicated in the figure. The basic structure of the plate element consists of a sandwich plate 1 and a longitudinal beam 2, which is part of the load-bearing structure and is arranged in the region of one of the two longitudinal end faces 3 of the sandwich plate 1 and is glued to it. The sandwich panel 1 is in turn made up of a rigid foam plastic panel 4 consisting in particular of polystyrene and a lower cover panel 5 and an upper cover panel 6. The lower cover plate 5 and the upper cover plate 6 are glued to the rigid foam plastic plate 4. The longitudinal beam 2 consists of an I-profile, on the lower flange part 7 facing the rigid foam plastic plate 4, the sandwich plate 1 rests with its lower cover plate 5, the web 8 of which rests on the longitudinal end face 3 of the rigid foam plastic plate 1 and the upper flange part 9 facing the rigid foam plastic plate 1 a corresponding longitudinal groove 10 provided in the rigid foam plastic plate 4 engages. On its longitudinal end face 11, the rigid foam plastic plate 4 has a corresponding longitudinal groove 12 for the upper flange part 9 of the I-profile of an adjacent profile element.

The I-profile consists of a steel sheet formed by cold rolling or cold drawing. It is produced by sheet metal doubling only in the area of its two flanges 13, 14, ie in the area of the web 8, the I-profile has only a single sheet thickness. Otherwise you can see in the figure that the upper flange 13 of the I-profile is arranged at a distance from the upper cover plate 6. At least one 3 of the two longitudinal end faces 3, 11 is set back above the longitudinal groove 10 or 12, so that a longitudinal gap 15 is formed between adjacent plate elements above the longitudinal grooves 10, 12 or the upper flange 13 of the associated I-profile. This longitudinal gap 15 is to be sealed with an insulating agent, for example polyurethane foam, to seal and avoid a cold bridge.
