Bei Drehfalttüren von Eisenbahnwaggons älterer Bauart, welche von Hand geöffnet und geschlossen wurden, wurden zur Entlastung der Schaffner druckluftbeaufschlagte Schließzylinder eingebaut, welche ein automatisches Schließen aller Türen vom Fahrstand aus ermöglichten. Die Schließzylinder fielen dabei in ein federbelastetes Schloß ein, um die Verriegelung zu bewirken. Die Erfindung wird nachfolgend anhand eines Ausführungsbeispieles, das auch in der Zeichnung dargestellt ist, näher beschrieben. Es zeigen:

Wie insbesondere Fig. 1 zeigt, ist eine aus zwei gelenkig miteinander verbundenen Türblättern 1 bestehende Drehfalttür in einem Türstock 2 gelagert und wird über einen oberhalb der Tür im Türstock angebrachten pneumatischen Antriebszylinder 8 betätigt, der mit seinem Kolben an einen Führungswagen 9 des Türblattes 1 angreift und ursprünglich nur zum Schließen diente, wobei eine an der oberen Türkante angebrachte Schließfalle 5 und ein an der unteren Türkante angebrachter Riegel 7 unter Federbelastung ein Verriegeln der geschlossenen Tür bewirkten. Zur Öffnung diente ein Schloß 3 mit nicht gezeigten Betätigungshandgriffen, das über Gestänge 4, 6 mit der Schließfalle 5 und dem Riegel 7 verbunden ist. Um nun diese Tür auch auf automatischen öffnungsantrieb umzubauen, war es nicht nur notwendig, den Antriebszylinder 8 durch einen doppelt wirkenden Schließ-und öffnungszylinder zu ersetzen, sondern es mußte auch eine Konstruktion gefunden werden, die eine vorherige Entriegelung der Schließfalle 5 und des Riegels 7 bewirkte. Dies wird erfindungsgemäß dadurch erreicht, daß an der oberen Türkante am Türstock 2 ein Entriegelungsantrieb im Form eines druckluftbeaufschlagten Entriegelungszylinders 10 (Fig. 2) vorgesehen ist, dessen durch eine Feder 19 belasteter Kolben 11 mit seiner Kolbenstange 12 auf einen gegenüber im Türblatt angeordneten Stößel 13 wirkt, der über einen Hebel 14 mit dem vom Türschloß 3 zur Schließfalle 5 führenden Gestänge 4 gekuppelt ist und daher bei Betätigung durch den Kolben 11 die Schließfalle 5 entriegelt.Um auch den unteren Riegel 7 zu betätigen, ist das Gestänge 4 unter Umgehung des Schlosses 3 über ein weiteres Gestänge 16 auch mit dem unteren Riegel 7 verbunden. Um eine Gefährdung von Reisenden, die den Betätigungshandgriff bereits in der Hand halten, durch die Automatik zu vermeiden, ist der Handgriff vom Gestänge 4 durch eine nur in einer Richtung auf Druck wirkende Kupplung 15 mechanisch getrennt. Eine ähnliche Trennung erfolgt durch Langlochschlitze in den Gestängen 6 und 16 auch beim unteren Riegel 7. Es ist damit gewährleistet, daß die Verriegelung sowohl durch die Automatik als auch durch den Betätigungshandgriff gelöst werden kann, wobei bei automatischer Entriegelung der am Schloß 3 angeordnete Betätigungshandgriff nicht bewegt wird, da die Kupplung 15 nur in einer Richtung, nämlich nach aufwärts, eine Bewegung überträgt. Um zu gewährleisten, daß vor der Entriegelung der Antriebszylinder 8 nicht betätigt und damit ein Klemmen in den Riegeln verursacht wird, ist der Entriegelungszylinder 10 gleichzeitig als Steuerschieber für die Durckluftzufuhr und damit für die des Antriebszylinders 8 ausgebildet. Der Entriegelungszylinder 10 weist dazu im unteren Teil einen Austrittsschlitz (nicht sichtbar) auf, der über eine Leitung 17 mit dem Antriebszylinder 8 verbunden ist. Tritt nun die für das öffnen bestimmte Druckluft durch eine Leitung 18 oben in den Entriegelungszylinder 10 ein, so wird der Kolben 11 nach unten gedrückt, dabei über die Kolbenstange 12 der Stößel 13 betätigt und die Tür oben und unten entriegelt. Ist diese Entriegelung erfolgt, so hat der Kolben 11 auch den Austrittsschlitz bzw. die Leitung 17 erreicht und gibt dem Druckmedium damit den weiteren Weg zum Antriebszylinder 8 frei, wodurch die Tür nun geöffnet werden kann. Damit ist gewährleistet, daß beim Klemmen von Riegeln oder Gestängen und einer damit einhergehenden Blockierung des Kolbens 11 ein öffnen der Tür durch den Antriebszylinder 8 gar nicht eingeleitet und damit eine Beschädigung von mechanischen Teilen der Aufhängung und Verriegelung vermieden wird, was bei gleicher Betätigung der Zylinder 10 und 8 sicher der Fall wäre.As shown in FIG. 1 in particular, a rotary folding door consisting of two hingedly connected door leaves 1 is mounted in a door frame 2 and is actuated via a pneumatic drive cylinder 8 mounted above the door in the door frame, which engages with its piston on a guide carriage 9 of the door leaf 1 and originally only used for closing, a locking latch 5 attached to the upper door edge and a bolt 7 attached to the lower door edge causing the closed door to lock under spring loading.
