Definitions
- stops When using large-area wall formwork for concreting vertical walls, stops must be provided which precisely define the lateral position of a wall formwork and thus that of the outer wall of the wall to be produced.
- the invention as characterized in claim 1, is therefore based on the idea of attaching the stops, which determine the exact position of the wall formwork, to support elements which are firmly anchored in the base on which the wall is to be placed.
- the stops are then laterally displaceably attached to these mounting elements, adjusted with the help of a straightening element in the exact position and fixed thereon. It is therefore no longer necessary to attach the mounting elements precisely in this procedure, because the stops which can be moved relative to the mounting elements can easily be brought into the predetermined target position.
- Figure 1 shows the U-profile bracket 1 in three mutually perpendicular views. At both ends it has pairs of holes 2a, 2b of different diameters made in the U-legs.
- Figure 2 shows the crossbar 4, the diameter of which is adapted to one of the pairs of holes mentioned and on the ends of which shoes 5a, 5b made of plastic are attached, the relatively large-area end faces of which represent the stops for the wall formwork.
- FIG 3 the entire arrangement can be seen in the assembled state.
- the U-profile 1 is inserted into the foundation 7, for example a concrete ceiling. This is done either by hammering it into the still soft concrete ceiling or by attaching it to reinforcing bars before concreting. Through the pair of holes at the free end of the profile 1
- the crossbar 4 is inserted and provided at its ends with the shoes 5a, 5b.
- the distance between the two contact surfaces of the shoes is chosen equal to the thickness of the wall to be created.
- the crossbar 4 is then moved so that the abutment surfaces of the shoes lie exactly in the desired position of the outer wall surfaces.
- a fixing pin 6 is now hammered in (see also the floor plan of FIG. 1). It is expedient according to a zulau below - provided Fende notch 9 at the bottom of U-section, through which the pin 6 is guided during wrapping.
- the two wall formwork 8a, 8b are brought to bear against the fixed stops.
- an elongated hole pair lo can also be attached in the U-profile. This enables the arrangement to be used even when moving single-skin formwork, e.g. against an irregularly pre-concreted pit wall.

Abstract
Description
Process for exact relocation of a large-area wall formwork when concreting a wall.
When using large-area wall formwork for concreting vertical walls, stops must be provided which precisely define the lateral position of a wall formwork and thus that of the outer wall of the wall to be produced.
Previously, these attacks were formed by squared timbers that were concreted onto the concrete ceiling, inserted sandstones or pieces of roof slats, cast ties, or spacers made of plastic that were poured onto the ceiling. The exact attachment of these slings for the wall formwork is labor-intensive and costly and especially when using sandstones and ties there is a risk of water inclusions between them and the previously concreted ceiling.
The invention, as characterized in
The method according to the invention is explained in more detail below using an exemplary embodiment with the aid of the drawing.
Figure 1 shows the
Figure 2 shows the
Durch das Löcherpaar am freien Ende des Profils 1 wirdIn Figure 3 the entire arrangement can be seen in the assembled state. The
As can be seen from FIG. 1, an elongated hole pair lo can also be attached in the U-profile. This enables the arrangement to be used even when moving single-skin formwork, e.g. against an irregularly pre-concreted pit wall. There are two cross bars one above the other through the elongated hole, the stop surface of one bar is set up as described above to the exact target position of the formwork wall, while the other bar is moved until it is supported against the pre-concreted wall. Both rods are then fixed again with a pin 6.
