Claims (10)

1. Compressor or turbine rotor in which a disc carries blade members with hammer-shaped roots, the rim of the disc comprising a circumferential groove in which there are mounted blade members comprising a blade secured to a rectangular platform extended by a cylindrical stem on the end of which, in the longitudinal plane of symmetry of the platform, there is secured a root capable of co-operating with the groove, characterised in that the disc comprises a mounting sector (17) formed by the cutting away of two circumferential flanges (4, 5) provided on the edges of the rim, the said mounting sector being of a length which is approximately equal to three times the width of a blade platform, a stop blade (20) having two diametrically oppositely cut corners (21, 22) in the diagonal plane other than that of the blade of the blade member, and stop means comprising at least two teeth (24, 25, 26, 27 ; 41, 42) the widths of which are equal to the distance between the stems of two adjacent blades and shaped in such a way as to be able to be positioned between the base of the mounting sector (17) and the underside of the platforms of three adjacent blades (18, 19, 20) of which the stop blade (20) is placed between the other two (18, 19) occupying the mounting sector (17), the said stop means being rendered immobile by securing means.
2. Device according to claim 1, characterised in that the flanges (4, 5) of the rim have recesses (6, 7) towards the inside and in that the upstream and downstream edges of the blade platform have recesses (14, 15) on the lower part, the said recesses being capable of co-operating with the recesses (6, 7) of the flanges (4, 5).
3. Device according to either claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the stop means (23) comprises a comb having a width equal to that of the rim and comprising four teeth (24 to 27).
4. Device according to either claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the stop means comprise two plates (39, 40) disposed one on either side of the circumferential groove, each plate comprising a tooth (41, 42) inserted between the stems of two (19, 20 ; 20,18) of the three adjacent blades.
5. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the stop means carries, in at least two teeth (25, 26 ; 41, 42) holes (28, 29 ; 28', 29') intended to receive the securing means (30, 31).
6. Device according to claim 5, characterised in that the adjacent edges of the platforms of the three blades (18, 19, 20) occupying the mounting sector (17) have half-holes (34 to 37) through which the securing means (30, 31) can pass.
7. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the platforms of blades (19, 18) framing the stop blade (20) are enlarged by a corner (50,51) such that the edge of their outline adjacent the stop blade matches the outline of the corresponding edge of the stop blade, at the location of the cut away corner (21, 22).
8. Device according to claim 4, characterised in that each plate (41, 42) has on its outer surface a projection in the form of a corner (48, 49) which occupies the space left free between the cut away face of the platform of the stop blade (20) and the adjacent edge of the neighbouring platform (19, 18).
9. Device according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the recesses (6, 7) provided in the flanges (4, 5) of the rim comprise circumferential grooves (8, 9) adapted to receive a fluid-tight seal.
10. Method of mounting and securing a blade member in order to build a rotor for a compressor or turbine according to any one of claims 1 to 9, characterised in that :
the blade roots are introduced into the circumferential groove in the region of the mounting sector,
the blades are orientated in their definitive direction by turning the blade member through 90° about its stem,
the blades are tensioned radially and caused to slide circumferentially over the part of the rim carrying the flanges, when all the said part has been provided with blades, two blades (18, 19) are placed in the mounting sector (17), are orientated and brought into position against the last blades (32, 33) mounted on the flanges (4, 5), whereupon the stop blade (20) is introduced between the two previously-positioned blades (18, 19), and is then tensioned radially so that its platform is above the platforms of the neighbouring blades, whereupon it is orientated into its final position ; the stop means (23 ; 39, 40) is then introduced between the platforms of the three blades and the base of the sector (17), and the securing means (30, 31) are then placed in position.
