Claims (6)

1. A device for suspending a slidable sealed door comprising a guide rail (1) having a cross- section in the general shape of a C fixed to a wall (M) and defining two guide surfaces (8, 9), one (8) of the guide surfaces having notches (2) with which cooperates at least one roller (Gi) or other rolling or sliding element carried by door support means (13), the other guide surface cooperating with at least one roller (G2) or other rolling or sliding element carried by an arm (21) connected to the door (P), the or each arm being disposed completely within the C-section rail (1) and operating under compressive stress, the guide surface (8) and rolling surface (9) being located at the same level in a roughly horizontal plane, characterised in that the or each compression arm (21) is mounted to pivot about a pivot pin (20) which is located above the roller (G1, G2).
2. A device according to claim 1, characterised in that the or each compression arm (21) comprises a first end portion (21 a) pivotally mounted on a rod (20) connected to the door (P), the longitudinal axis of the rod being oriented in a direction parallel to the axis of the guide rail, and a second end portion (21 b) provided with a rod (22) on which is rotatively mounted a roller (G2) which cooperates with the guide surface (9) which does not have notches.
3. A device according to claim 2, characterised in that the rod (20) is connected to the door (P) by two L-section members (15,16) and fixed to each of its ends.
4. A device according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the C-section guide rail (1) is downwardly open and fixed to the wall (M) by one (1 a) of the flanges thereof.
5. A device according to claim 4, characterised in that said flange (1 a) bears against a flange (5a) of an L-section member (5), the assembly being clamped by clamping means (6) fixed to the wall (M).
6. A device according to claim 5, characterised in that the web (1 b) of the guide rail is also fixed to the other flange (5b) of said L-section member in such manner as to be disposed in a roughly horizontal plane.
