Dabei ist die Möglichkeit gegeben, die Halteschiene 27 im Querschnitt noch kleiner zu dimensionieren, da aufgrund der formstabilisierenden Abstützung derselben an den beiden achsparallelen Anlagestellen 3, 7 auf ihre eigene Formstabilität keine Rücksicht genommen werden muss. Dabei ist das eine Ende der Halteschiene 27 mit einem Konus 28 versehen, welcher in die Zentrierbohrung 21 des einen Schmitzringes 22 eingreift. Das andere Ende der Halteschiene 27 ist mit einem Zapfen 29 ausgestattet, der wiederum in eine entsprechende Ausnehmung 30 des anderen Schmitzringes 22 eingreift. Zur besseren Montage der Halteschiene 27 kann besagte Ausnehmung 30 zweckmässigerweise als zur Achse des Schmitzringes 22 radial verlaufende Längsnut ausgeführt werden. Eine auf dem Zapfen 29 angeordnete und sich am Absatz 31 sowie am Schmitzring 22 abstützende Druckfeder 32 gewährleistet die durch den Sitz des Konus 28 definierte seitliche Positionierung der Halteschiene 27.This gives the possibility of dimensioning the holding rail 27 even smaller in cross-section, since due to the shape-stabilizing support thereof at the two axially parallel contact points 3, 7, there is no need to take account of its own dimensional stability. A compression spring 32 arranged on the pin 29 and supported on the shoulder 31 and on the bearer ring 22 ensures the lateral positioning of the holding rail 27 as defined by the seat of the cone 28.

Letztlich sei noch eine weitere Möglichkeit aufgezeigt, die Klemmverbindung für den unteren Aufzug 6 auf einfache Weise herzustellen. Hierzu sind Verstärkungsschiene 18 sowie unterer Aufzug 6 mit Stanzlöchern 19, 33 versehen, wie aus Fig. 6 zu ersehen ist. Zur Montage des unteren Aufzuges 6 wird letzterer über die oberen Kopfenden 17 der Haltebolzen 11 geführt und zur Anlage auf der sekantalen Abflachung 9 der Halteschiene 27 gebracht. Anschliessend wird so seitlich verschoben, dass das obere Kopfende 17 dabei die Stanzlöcher 19, 33 überlappt, so dass die Klemmverbindung hergestellt ist.Finally, a further possibility is shown to establish the clamp connection for the lower elevator 6 in a simple manner. Claims (7)

1. A device for securing the lower covering (6) of a two-layer covering (4,6) on the jacket surface of a printing cylinder (1) of printing machines, whereby the upper covering (4) substantially overlaps the holding device (5) of the lower covering (6), whereby the holding device (5) for the lower covering (6) is constructed in the form of a locking bar (8, 27) extending across the full length of the printing cylinder whereby the locking bar (8, 27) presents an essentially circular cross section which via a front supporting point and two axially parallel supporting points (22, 3, 7) rests in the recess (2) of the printing cylinder (1) in such a way as to assure that the holding device (5) is positioned to precisely match the circumferential and lateral directions and to stabilize the forming or shaping design, while, in addition to this, holding pins (11) are arranged in good register across the length of the holding bar (8, 27) the cross section of the upper head ends (17) of which show different length-to-width ratios and cooperate with punched holes (19, 33) specifically shaped and worked into the lower covering (6).

A holding device according to Claim 1 whereby the holding bar (8, 27) is supported against an axially parallel prismatic gap (10) formed by the edge (7) of the recess (2) of the printing cylinder (1), on the one hand, and by the tensioning device (3) arranged therein and used for the upper covering (4), on the other hand, whereby the tensioning of the upper covering (4) presses the holding device (5) into this prismatic gap (10).

A holding device according to Claims 1 and 2 whereby the holding bar (8, 27) is provided with a secantal flat portion (9) for supporting the lower covering (6) and that, in addition to this, the holding pins (11) arranged across the length of the holding bar (8, 27) establish viathe punched holes (19, 33) worked in precisely fitting arrangement into the reinforcement bar (18) and the lower covering (6), the positive connection between the holding device (5) and the lower covering (6).
4. A holding device according to Claims 1 to 3 whereby the said positive connection is effected by means of a 90° rotation of the holding pins (11 ) according to their longitudinal axis.

A holding device according to Claims 1 to 3 whereby a stationary and a spring-loaded cone pin each are provided on the two front sides (25) of the holding bar (8), whereby these pins engage pertinent center holes (21) of the cylinder bearers (22), the distance between the holding pins (11) and/or the lower covering (6) and the front side of the printing cylinder (1) characterized by the cylinder bearer (22) and engaged by the stationary cone pin (20), being defined by the spring-loaded stop of the holding bar.
6. A holding device according to Claims 1 to 3, whereby the positive connection between the holding device (5) and the lower covering (6) is effected by displacement in the longitudinal direction of the cylinder.
7. A holding device according to Claims 1 to 3 whereby the two front ends of the holding bar (27) are each designed as a cone (28) and a pivot (29), whereby the cone (28) engages a corresponding center hole (21 ) of the cylinder bearer (22), while for the pivot (29) to be used as a guide for compression spring (32), a longitudinal slot (30) has been provided which is radially arranged in the cylinder bearer (22).
