Die Adjustage in Walzwerken mit hohem Produktionsausstoß bedeutet in mancherlei Hinsicht ein Engpaß, der dazu zwingt, das Walzgut durch Querbewegungen gleichartigen maschinellen Einrichtungen zuzuführen, die dann mindestens in doppelter Anzahl vorhanden sein müssen. Daher ist bei Hochleistungswalzwerken das doppelseitige Kühlbett gebräuchlich mit doppelten Auslaufrollgängen, Scheren, Richtmaschinen, Sammelbetten und Stapelanlagen. Da das doppelseitige Kühlbett Materialbewegungsprobleme mit sich bringt, ist es bekannt, unter Verwendung eines einseitigen Kühlbettes mit nur einem Ablaufrollgang wegen des Engpasses beim Unterteilen der vom Kühlbett seitlich ausgetragenen Gruppen von Kühlbettlängen von diesem Ablaufrollgang das Stangenmaterial in Gruppen wechselweise seitlich auf Rollgänge zu verteilen (DE-OS.23 50 525). Nach wie vor müssen dann jedoch Scheren und Richtmaschinen in doppelter Anzahl vorgesehen werden. Ein anderer Vorschlag zielt darauf ab, in der Adjustage eines Feinstahlwalzwerkes mit richtpflichtigem Gut die gesamte Produktion kontinuierlich durchzusetzen, indem nach dem Richten die Kühlbettlängen als zusammenhängende Einheit gestapelt, gebunden und geteilt werden. Praktisch wird das Unterteilen in Handelslängen als letzter Verarbeitungsschritt empfohlen, um der kurzen Taktzeit als Hauptschwierigkeit zu begegnen, die sich aus dem Unterteilen der Stabgruppen vor dem Stapeln oder Sammeln ergibt. Ausgehend von der der Erfindung am nächsten kommenden Lösung, die vom Kühlbett ausgetragenen Stabgruppen mehradrig zu richten, liegt der Erfindung die Aufgabe zugrunde, ein Arbeits- verfahren zu finden, die Weiterverarbeitung von gewalztem Stabmaterial einschließlich Profilen nach dem Richten konti-, nuierlich zu gestalten, so daß das "Schluckvermögen" der Adjustage vom Kühlbettakt und somit von der Walzgeschwindigkeit des Walzwerkes unabhängig wird. Zur Lösung dieser Aufgabe sieht die Erfindung ein Arbeitsverfahren vor, das folgende Schritte umfaßt:

  • a) Die mehradrig gerichteten Stabgruppen werden im kontinuierlichen Betrieb unter der Richtgeschwindigkeit im fliegenden Schnitt unterteilt und gegebenenfalls geschopft,
  • b) wonach die unterteilten Stabgruppen durch gegenüber der Richtgeschwindigkeit erhöhte Vorschubgeschwindigkeit auf Abstand voneinander gebracht werden,
  • c) wonach jede unterteilte Stabgruppe aus ihrer Vorschubrichtung ausgehoben und bis zur Ruhelage abgebremst wird,
  • d) aus der sie zum Sammeln oder Stapeln querbewegt wird, während die jeweils im Abstand folgende unterteilte Stabgruppe innerhalb der Bremszeit der vorhergehenden Stabgruppe in Aushebeposition vorgeschoben wird. ,

In Fig. 2 erkennt man strichpunktiert eine angehobene Lage der Aushebeplatten 14' und 15'; die ausgehobene Stabgruppe gelangt auf die Bremsplatten 17 und kommt dort zur Ruhe, während eine nachfolgende Stabgruppe in den Auflaufrollgang 11 einlaufen kann, da die Aushebeplatten.14 von unten entlang der Koppelkurve 16rwieder in Aushebeposition gelangen. Arbeitsverfahren zur Weiterverarbeitung von gewalztem Stabmaterial einschließlich Profilen im Anschluß an ein Kühlbett, von dem das Stabmaterial in Gruppen von Kühlbettlängen seitlich auf einen Rollgang ausgetragen, dann mehradrig gerichtet und zum Schneiden auf Handelslänge, Sammeln, Stapeln und Binden vorgeschoben wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, a) daß die gerichteten Stabgruppen im kontinuierlichen Betrieb unter der Richtgeschwindigkeit im fliegenden Schnitt unterteilt und gegebenenfalls geschopft werden, b) wonach die unterteilten Stabgruppen durch gegenüber der Richtgeschwindigkeit erhöhte Vorschubgeschwindigkeit auf Abstand zueinander gebracht werden, c) wonach jede unterteilte Stabgruppe aus ihrer Vorschubrichtung ausgehoben und bis zur Ruhelage abgebremst wird, d) aus der sie zum Sammeln oder Stapeln querbewegt wird, während die jeweils im Abstand folgende unterteilte Stabgruppe innerhalb der Bremszeit der vorhergehenden Stabgruppe in Aushebeposition vorgeschoben wird. 1. Kontinuierliche Adjustagevorrichtung zur Durchführung des Arbeitsverfahrens nach Anspruch 1 mit einer Austrage- vorrichtung für Stabgruppen im Bereich des Ablaufrollganges des Kühlbettes und einer unmittelbar hinter dem Kühlbett angeordneten mehradrigen Richtmaschine, dadurch gekennzeichnet, a) daß der Richtmaschine ( 5) eine geradlinig reversierbar bewegte fliegende Schere ( 6) in Guillotine-Bauart mit Antrieb des Schneidmessers über Gelenkwelle unmittelbar, d. h. ohne freien Auslauf der Stabgruppen nachgeordnet ist, b) daß der der fliegenden Schere nachgeordnete Auflaufrollgang (11) mit einem eigenen, auf höhere Vorschubgeschwindigkeit als die Richtgeschwindigkeit einstellbaren Antrieb ( 12) versehen ist, c) daß der Auflaufrollgang als Aushebe- und Bremsvorrichtung ( 13) ausgebildet ist, bestehend aus feststehenden, vereinzelten, gleichlangen Bodenplatten (18) zwischen den Rollgangsrollen ( 11) und durch die Lücken zwischen den Bodenplatten aufwärts bewegbaren ebensolchen Aushebeplatten (14 ) für die in Vorwärtsbewegung befindlichen unterteilten Stabgruppen, wobei die Aushebeplatten nach der übergabe der Stabgruppen an eine außerhalb des Auflaufrollganges befindliche Aufnahme ( 17) ohne die Rollgangsebene zu schneiden in Aushebeposition zurückführbar sind, und d) daß die außerhalb des Auflaufrollganges in Ruhelage befindlichen Stabgruppen an einen Quertransport (19 ) übergebbar sind. 2. Bremsplatten hindurchtreten, und d) daß die auf den feststehenden Bremsplatten (17 ) neben dem Rollgang zur Ruhe gekommenen unterteilten Stabgruppen von den zwischen den Bremsplatten aufwärtswegten Aushebeplattenbereichen ( 15 ) auf einen Querschlepper ( 19 ) übergebbar sind. 3.
