Description

The invention relates to a device for holding a large number of different objects, with a plate designed as an upright wall plate, which has openings in a regular pattern and with means for holding the objects on the plate having components that can be arranged on the plate via the openings of which the objects are arranged and / or held in a selectable order, the components having a coupling part for the openings, which engages under spring tension in the at least two openings holding the component on the plate by the cross-sectional area of the plate between the two openings between a contact surface of the component on the front of the plate and - a second section of the coupling part on the back of the plate is held under spring tension and which is detachable from the front of the plate.

Such a device is known from FR-A-1 526 216. Here, the coupling part is designed as a spring clip open at the bottom, which can be pushed onto the wall plate via a first opening of the wall plate, the lower end of the spring clip arm located on the rear side of the wall plate being slightly pushed into below the first one due to its inclination relative to the wall plate level when the coupling part is pushed on Opening protrudes. After the coupling part is held primarily non-positively on the wall plate, there is a risk that, for example when tools are removed, the coupling part will move upward with respect to the wall plate and either immediately or after the subsequent loading of the component will detach it from the plate. Even when the component is subjected to high loads, there is a risk that the spring clip will be spread and the component can thus become detached from the wall plate.

From US-A-3 193 231 a holding device is known in which two pin-like holding elements connected to the component engage from the front of a wall plate in superposed openings in the wall plate, the upper pin-like holding element being angled upwards at the rear of the wall plate is. Apart from the fact that the component here is not readily removable from the wall plate after the angled pin-like holding elements cannot pass through the openings, the size of the openings and / or the thickness of the wall plate would be appropriate if the angled holding elements were to pass through To fear that the component will unintentionally detach itself from the wall plate when the appropriate force is applied.

The invention has for its object to provide a device of the type mentioned, be: which does not have the disadvantages mentioned, which is also characterized by high load-bearing capacity and low demands on the manufacturing tolerances of the plate.

This object is essentially achieved in that the coupling part is designed as a hook-shaped part directed upwards with respect to the plate and has at its upper end a projection which protrudes into the at least second opening and with its contact surface on the opposite end wall of the opening rests, and that the component has a spring tension opposite the coupling part, directed towards the front of the plate, which projects in a relaxed state in the direction of the second section over the contact surface.

The invention achieves the particular advantage that, due to the positive engagement, it can no longer occur that the component holding the tool unintentionally detaches from the plate together with it.

Because the coupling part is directed upwards, the load-bearing capacity of the components is surprisingly increased by more than ten times compared to the coupling parts directed downwards.

The feature of the spring tongue also has the advantage that the tolerances that occur in plate production, in particular with regard to the plate thickness, are taken into account in the simplest way, so that a substantial cost advantage can be achieved.

A preferred embodiment of the invention can be created in that the coupling part is designed as a resiliently deflectable part and can be unlocked by pressing it into the at least second opening.

It is preferably provided that the coupling part has a first section connected or connectable to the component with a stop surface running parallel to an end wall of the openings or corresponding to their shape, a second section running parallel to the plate, and a locking section such that the locking section has the contact surface , which runs parallel to the opposite end wall of the opening or whose shape corresponds, and that the stop surface and the bearing surface face each other and are arranged at a distance which is slightly greater than or equal to the distance between the rows of openings. This embodiment achieves a particularly good form fit of the coupling part with the simplest of means.

In a particularly preferred embodiment according to the invention, there are several in the case of components with a larger longitudinal extent Bolt parts arranged side by side. In this way, tilt-proof storage of such longer components is achieved, so that, for example, small platforms, ledges, twist drill holders or the like can also be provided in a simple manner.

In the case of components of greater height, one or more additional coupling parts are preferably provided, and it is further preferred that the additional coupling part or parts are designed as upward-pointing hooks in the shape corresponding to the lockable coupling parts, but without a locking section. This makes it possible to provide larger components with continuous rear walls or the like, since the additional coupling part located behind each has no locking device that has to be released from the front.

It is particularly preferred within the scope of the invention to design the plate as a slotted plate in which the openings consist of rectangular or square slits.

In this embodiment according to the invention, the coupling parts of both types are formed in a width which corresponds to the inside width of the slots.

The possible different forms of the components having the coupling parts are characterized in an exemplary list in further subclaims.

Further advantageous features of the invention result from the remaining subclaims and from the following description, in which the invention is explained in more detail with reference to several embodiments illustrated by way of example in the drawings.

As can be seen in particular from FIGS. 1 and 2, the device according to the invention consists of a plate 1 which can be fastened to the wall, for example, with openings 2 and components 3 which can be positively fastened thereon. The components 3 are in turn connected or connectable to devices for holding the objects which is formed in the embodiment of a carrier 4 in the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 1 to 4. As described in more detail below, these devices can have any expedient form.

The components 3 themselves can also have any shape, but all have a coupling section, generally designated 5, which is separated from the component 3 by the symbolic section line A-A in FIG. All components of the device according to the invention can preferably be produced from plastic by injection molding or other molding processes, and the plates 1 can also be punched out of plastic plates, aluminum plates or other composite materials in any size. The plates 1 are mounted on the wall, for example, by means of spacers (not shown), the distance to the wall behind it being dimensioned such that the locking and unlocking of the coupling sections 5 described below is possible without difficulty.

The openings 2 in the plate 1, which are preferably arranged at regular intervals and at regular intervals, are preferably designed as rectangular slots with a width b and a length 1. The coupling section 5, which is separated by the symbolic section line A-A, carries a hook-shaped upward coupling part 6, which is designed in its length and dimensions over suitable radii and the like in such a way that it can be inserted through the openings 2 without difficulty by means of an upward pivoting movement. The shape illustrated in the drawings is particularly preferred for this reason. Here, the coupling part is dimensioned such that its widest point 7 is at a distance from its top surface 8 which is less than or equal to the total length 1 of the slots 2, the width of the hook-shaped upward coupling parts 6 being continuously equal to the width b of the slots 2 is.

The coupling part 6 has a first section 9 which is connected to the component 3 via the coupling section 5 and which has a stop surface 11 running parallel to the end wall 10 of the openings 2.

In modified embodiments of the Openings 2, for example as round bores or the like, the stop surface 11 preferably has a shape corresponding to the shape of the walls of the openings, so that when component 3 is inserted, a full contact with end wall 10 of openings 2 is produced.

The first section 9 of the coupling part 6 is followed by a second section 12, which runs with its main axis essentially parallel to the plate 1. At the upper end of the second section 12, the coupling part 6 has a locking section 13.

The locking section 13 is in turn provided with a support surface 14, which likewise runs parallel to the support surface 11 and faces it. Furthermore, the support surface 14 is also parallel to that wall of the opening 2 with which it comes into engagement when the component 3 is inserted, in the exemplary embodiment shown this being the lower end wall 15 of the openings 2, the support surface 14 each having the end wall 15 of that Opening 2 arrives, which is immediately above the opening 2, into which the coupling part 6 has been inserted.

As can be seen from the drawings, the distance between the stop surface 11 and the support surface 14 is dimensioned such that it is slightly greater than or equal to the distance h between the rows of openings 2. In the exemplary embodiment shown in FIG. 1 at approximately 4: 1 scale, the difference between the distance h between the rows of openings 2 and the distance between surfaces 11 and 14 is approximately 0.1 mm. However, this difference is not critical since it is only intended to ensure that components 3 are securely latched. However, this difference should preferably not be chosen too large in order to ensure the positive locking of the component 3 with the plate 1, which ensures that the coupling part 6 overlaps the distance between the end wall 10 of one of the openings 2 and the end wall 15 of the opening 2 above becomes.

The component 3 is provided at its upper end with a spring tongue 16 which is biased against the plate 1 when the component is inserted into the plate 1. The exact function of this spring tongue 16 will be discussed in more detail with reference to FIG. 2. Furthermore, the coupling section 5 has a contact surface 17 facing the plate 1, the width of which, given the shape of the component 3, is substantially greater than the width b of the slots 2. At least a part of the contact surface 17 is arranged opposite the first section 9 of the coupling part 6. The contact surface 17 is formed larger in the main direction of the coupling part 6 than the surface 18 of the second section 12 of the coupling part 6 coming into contact on the back of the plate 1, so that the projection 20 provided on the locking section 13, which contains the contact surface 14 and in Protrudes in the direction of the component 3, engages in the inserted state of the component 3 in the respective overlying opening 2 of the plate 1 and is therefore accessible and detachable from the front of the stand 1 by being pressed in.

As can be seen in particular from the view according to FIG. 2, the spring tongue 16 projects in the direction of the surface 18 of the second section 12 coming into contact on the back of the plate 1 and thus projects beyond the contact surface 17 in this direction illustrated in dashed lines in section a plate 1 with the openings 2, the plate 1 illustrated in FIG. 2 having the greatest possible thickness. As can be seen, the spring tongue 16 therefore enables a substantial tolerance range of different plate thicknesses, in which a smooth and form-fitting contact of the surfaces 17, 18 engaging with the plate 1 is nevertheless ensured.

The spring tongue 16 also offers the peculiar advantage that, for example, the carrier 4 can be raised resiliently upwards. This allows, for example, 3 pieces of paper or the like to be clamped to the plate 1 under the lower edge 19 of the component. Furthermore, this may open up a new area of application for the device according to the invention, since demonstration walls or the like, such as e.g. Let pinboards be designed.

Für gleiche Teile wurden gleiche Bezugszeichen verwendet.FIGS. 3 and 4 show the unit consisting of the component 3, the carrier 4 and the coupling section 5 in a top view and in a view of the arrow 111 in FIG. 3. The same reference numerals have been used for the same parts.

Fig. 5 zeigt in einer etwa Fig. 2 entsprechenden Ansicht eine abgewandelte Gestaltung des Trägers 4, welcher für manche Einsatzzwecke vorteilhaft sein kann.FIG. 5 shows, in a view corresponding approximately to FIG. 2, a modified design of the carrier 4, which can be advantageous for some purposes.

Components 3 of various shapes can be securely and positively fastened to plate 1 by means of coupling part 6 by inserting them into the respective lower opening 2 and pushing the component upwards. As soon as the support surface 14 is aligned with the end wall 15 of the upper surface 14, which is the case at the latest when the stop surface 6 comes into engagement with the end wall 10 of the respective lower opening 2, the coupling part 6 snaps with its locking section 13. Components of this type can be moved just as easily by pushing the locking part backwards with a screwdriver or the like and then moving component 3 downwards. In the illustrated embodiments, expansion is also possible in that the carrier 4 is simply pressed up forcefully, the spring tongue 16 giving way until the locking section 13 disengages from the opening 2. The resilient properties of the plastic to be used preferably enable both types of detachment easiest way.

As can be seen from FIG. 6, in the case of the exemplary embodiment shown here, the coupling section 6, which is preferably formed in one piece with the other components of the component 3 as an injection molded part, is designed such that the upper region of the hook-shaped coupling part 6 is at an angle a is biased towards the component 3, so that when the holder is inserted there is also a constant spring tension on the plate 1 clamped in between.

From Fig. 6 it can also be seen that the components 3 are preferably arranged on the coupling section 4 below the plane of the stop surface 19, since this significantly improves the leverage in the sense of increasing the load capacity.

As can further be seen from FIG. 6, the cross sections of the component 3 and the coupling section 6 which are subjected to the greatest stress are approximately or as identical as possible, so that none of these parts constitutes a weak point in the system. These cross sections are indicated in FIG. 6 by the dashed lines 22 and 23, respectively. As can be seen, the shape of the coupling part 6 is designed such that the resilient properties of the hook-shaped coupling part are retained.

In order to facilitate the insertion of the coupling part 6 into the openings 2, it is preferably formed with a rounding 24 at its upper end.

In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 7, a possible shape of the component 3 is also illustrated approximately five times as large. In this embodiment, the component 3 consists of a holder 30 which is provided with a slot 31 at its upper end at a distance from the surface of the plate 1. A rubber band (not shown) can be pulled through the slot 31, for example in the case of a plurality of holders 30 arranged side by side on a plate 1, behind which a number of tools, such as screwdrivers, files, chisels or the like, can be held. Alternatively, a plastic strip or the like can also be inserted through the slot 31 of a plurality of holders 30 arranged next to one another. insert. The slot 31 is additionally open to the upper side of the holder 30 through a connecting slot 32, so that the rubber band or the like can also be removed and inserted without having to be threaded through the slot 31. This offers the advantage that individual holders 30 can be moved without removing the tape from all of the holders.

Der Abstand der Reihen 33 bis 38 zueinander entspricht dem Abstand der Anschlagsfläche 11 zur Auflagefläche 14 (siehe Fig.1).Fig. 8 shows a plan view of a section of the plate 1, from which it can be seen that the openings 2 are arranged in rows 33 to 38 parallel to each other. The distance between the rows 33 to 38 corresponds to the distance between the stop surface 11 and the support surface 14 (see FIG. 1).

Fig. 9 und 10 zeigen in Draufsicht bzw. As can be seen from these figures, it is preferred in the case of components of this type to arrange a plurality of coupling parts 6 next to one another, it being apparent from the view according to FIG. 10 that from a certain height extension of such components 3 one or more additional coupling parts are provided standing one above the other, wherein the coupling parts 39 located further below have a different construction from the coupling parts 6, as will be explained in more detail below with reference to FIG. 11.

Fig. 11 zeigt in schematischer, teilweise geschnittener Seitenansicht einen derartigen größer dimensionierten Bauteil 3 in seiner Lage an der Platte 1. As shown, the lower coupling parts 39 essentially consist of hooks pointing upwards, but are identical in shape to the coupling parts 6 formed only with the proviso that the projection 20 carrying the locking surface 14 is omitted. This ensures that such components 3 are on the one hand tilt-proof and also positively held securely on the plate 1 by the upper coupling parts 6, but on the other hand such components 3 can be formed with continuous rear walls, since it is not necessary to unlock the lower coupling parts 39 by pressing them in .

Alternatively, the lower coupling parts can of course also be formed with the projections 20, for which purpose the rear wall of such a component must then have an opening at the appropriate point in order to enable unlocking.

Ohne besonders auf weitere Einzelheiten einzugehen ist dem Fachmann offensichtlich, daß der Bauteil 3 selbst jede gewünschte Form aufweisen kann, ohne daß vom Grundgedanken der Erfindung abgewichen wird, der insbesondere in der beschriebenen Befestigung der Bauteile 3 an der Platte 1 gesehen wird.FIGS. 12 to 14 show sketchy and exemplary embodiments of possible components 3 (without coupling part), such as can be used (FIG. 12), for example, for the upright holding of wrenches or for the horizontal holding of such tools and similar parts. The components 3 illustrated in FIG. 13 are various forms of storage surfaces, drawer guides or the like and in FIG. 14 specially shaped components 3 are illustrated, for example for holding chisels, screwdrivers or twist drill sets. Without going into further details, it is obvious to the person skilled in the art that the component 3 itself can have any desired shape without deviating from the basic idea of the invention, which is seen in particular in the described fastening of the components 3 to the plate 1.

All of the features and advantages of the invention resulting from the description, the claims and drawings, including constructive details and spatial arrangements, can be essential to the invention both individually and in any combination.
