Für diesen Zweck sind in dem äußeren Abschlußbacken in Durchgangsgewindebohrungen Schrauben 16, 17 vorgesehen, die von Hand vorzugsweise so anziehbar sind, daß ein geringer Widerstand verspürbar ist. Farbkasten für eine Druckmaschine mit einer für diesen die vordere Begrenzung bildenden Farbkastenwalze, einem parallel zu dieser verlaufenden Farbmesser und senkrecht zur Achse der Farbkastenwalze stehenden, am Farbmesser anliegenden Seitenwänden, die jeweils aus einem an der Farbkastentraverse befestigten Hauptteil und einem an diesem befestigten mit einer der Krümmung des Farbkastenwalzenmantels angepaßten Stirnfläche an die Farbkastenwalze anstellbaren vorderen Teil bestehen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das plattenförmige sich über die Farbkastentiefe erstreckende Hauptteil (3) im vorderen an das Farbmesser (11) angrenzenden Bereich eine Ausnehmung (B) aufweist, die durch das an seiner Innenseite und an der Farbkastenwalze (1) anliegende plattenförmige Vorderteil (4) überdeckt wird, und daß die in der dem Farbmesser (11) zugewandten Stirnseite des Hauptteils (3) in einer Nut (12) angeordnete Dichtung (13) mit ihrem vorderen in der Ausnehmung (B) verlaufenden Ende unter Anlage an dem Farbmesser (11) an das vordere Teil (4) preßbar ist.1.
