Claims (6)

1. Dispositif pour aligner latéralement des feuilles amenées automatiquement dans des machines à imprimer, notamment des machines offset à fonctionnement rapide, dans lequel la feuille est appliquée par un segment ou rouleau de poussée (3), monté de façon pivotante sur un carter fixe à repères de tirage, contre une plaque coulissante (8) déplacée alternativement dans le carter et servant de sabot de tirage, et peut être tirée par celle-ci contre la butée (28) du repère latéral (1 ), caractérisé en ce que la plaque coulissante (8) comporte des orifices d'aspiration (30) par l'intermédiaire desquels peut être fourni de l'air d'aspiration dont l'instant d'alimentation est synchronisé avec le mouvement de tirage de la plaque coulissante (8) et le mouvement de rotation du rouleau de poussée (3) et dont la durée est réglable de manière que l'aird'aspiration puisse agir, lors du mouvement de descente du rouleau de poussée (3), sur une feuille à aligner tandis que, après terminaison de l'accélération latérale de la feuille avant que la butée 28 soit atteinte, l'air d'aspiration est coupé ou bien le rouleau de poussée (3) est relevé.
2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'air d'aspiration peut être commandé par un disque de commande (38) disposé sur une broche (25) synchronisée avec le transport des feuilles.

Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le disque de commande (38) comporte au moins un évidement (41, 42) s'étendant dans une direction périphérique et pouvant être détecté par un élément électrique ou électronique (43) et en ce que l'air d'aspiration peut être établi et coupé au moyen d'une vanne (34) pouvant être commandée par l'élément (43).
4. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu sur la broche (25), à côté du disque de commande (38), un autre disque de commande (46) comportant au moins un évidement s'étendant dans une direction périphérique et dont la rotation permet de modifier l'évidement prévu sur le disque de commande (38) et pouvant être détecté par l'élément (43).
5. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que chaque évidement s'étend sur une zone d'environ 90°.
6. Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que chaque évidement (41, 42) correspond en degrés à la durée nécessaire de l'action d'aspiration.
