Claims (6)

1. Einordnungselement für im wesentlichen flach ausgebildete Akten- oder Handkoffer mit mehreren Fächern (A, B, C), von denen eins im allgemeinen nicht mit einem Deckel versehen ist, gebildet durch Zusammenbau aus Formteilen, die vollständig aus Kunststoff, insbesondere aus ABS oder Polyamid gepresst wurden, ausgenommen ein dem Rückhalten dienendes Gummiband (5), das für den Fall eines Faches ohne Deckel vorgesehen ist, gekennzeichnet durch die Kombination unterschiedlicher Formteile wie folgt:
erstens ein auf bekannte Art über die gesamte Länge und Höhe des Elements gehendes Hauptbodenteil (6), das flach an der Innenrückenwand des Deckels eines Akten-oder Handkoffers anliegt und daran befestigt ist, das in einem Stück ausgebildet ist, gleichzeitig die Gesamtheit des flachen Bodens oder in einer parallelen Flachebene und auf einer Seite des Bodens die flachen transversalen Seitenabschnitte (12) der Fächereinteilung sowie die oberen und unteren senkrechten Seitenabschnitte (14, 17, 18) bildet und das auf der Aussenseite eines Basis (7) aufweist, die eine Höhe hat, die zumindest gleich ist der Länge der äusseren Nasen (8), die die Tiefe der im Boden vorgesehenen Löcher (9) zum Hindurchführen von Bolzen oder Befestigungsschrauben des Einordnungselements an der Handkofferrückwand vergrössern, und dadurch, dass zumindest für die mit einem Deckel versehenen Fächer (A, B) vorgesehenen Seitenabschnitte (12) der Fächereinteilung senkrecht und nach unten auf der Seite des Deckels einen kleinen Drehzapfen (13) aufweisen, dass die oberen Längsseitenabschnitte (14) zumindest für die Fächer (A, B) vorgesehen sind, die einen Deckel aufnehmen sollen, und in ihrer Längsmitte sowie versetzt nach unten eine parallel verlaufende kleine ebene Fläche (15) mit einem kleinen Mitnahmerand (16) aufweisen, und dass die längs und geradlinig verlaufenden unteren Seitenabschnitte (17, 18) entweder vollständig die untere Seite (18) eines nicht mit einem Deckel ausgestatteten Faches (C) oder teilweise die untere Seite (17) eines mit einem Deckel ausgestatteten Faches (A, B) bilden und im letzteren Falle dazu dienen, einen den Öffnungswinkel der Deckel (1, 3) begrenzenden Anschlag zu bilden, wobei diese unteren Abschnitte (17, 18) im letzteren Falle stets aufrecht von der Mitte des Drehzapfens (13) angeordnet sind;
zweitens durch Deckel (1, 3) für alle Fächer (A, B), ausgenommen eines (C), das keinen aufweist, wobei die Deckel (1,3) für sich einen von jeder Seite begrenzten Standort einnehmen, um ein Gehäuse zu bilden, jeder Deckel (1, 3) über einen üblichen, den Boden bildenden Abschnitt hinaus einerseits zwei transversale ebene Seitenabschnitte (24) zum späteren Verschieben in der Nähe und parallel zu den Seitenabschnitten (12) der Fächereinteilung des Hauptbodenteils (6) aufweist und die Seitenabschnitte (24) gegenüberliegend vom Drehzapfen (13) der Seitenabschnitte (12) der Fächereinteilung mit einem Loch (25) versehen sind, das den Zapfen (13) aufnimmt, und andererseits einen oberen Längsseitenabschnitt (26) aufweist, der den oberen Längsabschnitt (14) des Hauptbodenteils (6) vervollständigt, um zusammen die obere Seite des Faches zu bilden, der Längsseitenabschnitt (26) des Deckels (1, 3) mit Ausnahme eines teilweise vom Rest freiliegenden mittleren Abschnitts (27) einerseits einen ebenen Vorsprung (28) aufweist, der in eine nach unten gewendete Nase (29) ausläuft und zum Eingreifen an Rand der ebenen kleinen Flächen (18) des oberen Längsabschnitts (14) des Hauptbodenteils (6) ausgebildet ist, und andererseits einen ebenen zurückspringenden Abschnitt (30) aufweist, der als Greifmittel zum Freimachen des Deckels (1,3) ausgebildet ist, das ebenfalls zwei untere geradlinige Längsseitenabschnitte (31, 32, 33) aufweist, von denen einer (31) auf der Höhe oder (32) oberhlab der vom Zapfen (13) und dem entsprechenden Loch (25) gebildeten Drehachse des Deckels (1, 3) liegt und insgesamt oder mit den entsprechenden Abschnitten des Hauptbodenteils (6) den unteren Abschnitt des Fachs bildet und von denen der andere (33), unterhalb vom vorgenannten (31, 32) liegend, den unteren äussersten Abschnitt des Deckels (1, 3) bildet, an der Öffnung des Deckels (1, 3) gegen die unteren Längsabschnitte (17) des Hauptbodenteils (6) stösst und die Öffnung auf diese Weise begrenzt.
2. Einordnungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es in drei Fächer (A, B, C) unterteilt ist, von denen zwei (A, B) mit einem Deckel versehen sind, wobei eines (B) von ihnen mit einer Länge, die geringfügig die übliche Länge eines Füllhalters oder Kugelschreibers übertrifft, einen Deckel (3) aufweist, der im Innern mit mehreren Pflöcken ausgestattet ist, die nach oben geneigt parallel angeordnet sind und mehrere Gatterreihen bilden, und das andere (A) mit einer geringeren Länge von etwa 10 cm einen Deckel (10) aufweist, der im Innern seinerseits zum Teil mit einem anderen kleinen selbstverschliessenden Deckel (2) ausgestattet ist, der mehr oder weniger die Hälfte der Höhe von unten einnimmt, und dass das dritte Fach (C), das ebenfalls etwa 10 cm lang ist und keinen Deckel aufweist, von dem entsprechenden Bodenabschnitt (6) ein Teil und so beschaffen ist, dass hier ein elastisches Band eingesetzt werden kann.
3. Einordnungselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Einlegen des Innendeckels (2), der am Deckel (1) eines Faches (A) eingesetzt ist, der Abschnitt (10) des entsprechenden Hauptbodenteils (6) zurückliegend von der allgemeinen Bodenebene dieses Teils auf einem Abschnitt seiner Höhe liegt und der Deckel (1) des Faches (A) auf jeder seiner transversalen Seitenabschnitte (24) einen Vorsprung (35) aufweist, der gegenüberliegend von Abschnitt (1) vom Hauptbodenteil (6) rückversetzt angeordnet ist, und dass der Innendeckel (2) aus einem geradlinigen und rechtwinkeligen ebenen Abschnitt (38), dessen Länge gleich ist der Länge von Deckel (1), den er auf einer dem Abschnitt (10) rückliegend vom Hauptbodenteil (6) entsprechenden Höhe völlig abdeckt, und aus zwei kleinen senkrecht verlaufenden Seiten (40) auf der Innenseite des ebenen Abschnitts (38) besteht, wobei die Seiten (40) so angeordnet sind, dass sie sich gegen die Vorsprünge (35) des Deckels (1) von Fach (A) legen und auf ihrer Aussenfläche und am oberen Teil mit einer kleinen, ein Verschliessen gewährleistenden Vorstülpung (41) versehen sind, und wobei jede dieser Seiten (40) über den ebenen Abschnitt (38) hinauslaufend durch eine Platte (42) verlängert wird, die einen Zapfen (43) trägt, der von einem Loch (25) in dem Deckel (1) von Fach (A) entsprechenden Seitenabschnitt (24) aufgenommen wird.
4. Einordnungselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der untere Deckel (2) des Deckels (1) eines Faches (A) teilweise ein. Gehäuse bildet und jedoch nur innerhalb am unteren Teil und senkrecht zu seinem ebenen Abschnitt (3) mit einem Längsabschnitt (44) versehen ist, der die beiden kleinen Seiten miteinander verbindet.
5. Einordnungselement nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zum Verschliessen und Sperren des Innendeckels (2) von Deckel (1 ) eines Faches (A) auf der Aussenfläche jeder senkrecht zum Innendeckel (2) stehenden kleinen Seite (40) eine kleine Vorstülpung vorgesehen ist, wobei der Längsabschnitt (44) des die beiden kleinen Seiten (40) verbindenden Innendeckels an jedem Ende in eine nach oben verlaufende Ausnehmung (45) ausläuft, deren gegenüber jedoch parallel zu den kleinen Seiten (40) liegende Fläche (46) eine kleine Vorstülpung (47) aufweist, die zum Schliessen des kleinen Deckels (2) sowie dazu dient, unter Kraft über den Rand eines entsprechenden Abschnitts (36) gebracht zu werden, der für diesen Fall an den Enden der unteren rechtlinig verlaufenden Seitenabschnitte (31) von Deckel (1) des mit einem Innendeckel (2) versehenen Faches (A) vorgesehen ist.
6. Einordnungselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Abschnitt des Bodenteils von Fach (C), das einen Deckel hat, Durchführungsschlitze (19) für das Gummiband (5) sowie querverlaufende Ränder (21) aufweist, die es vom Boden sowie von den kleinen Längsrändern (21) geringfügig entfernt halten, die an den querverlaufenden Randenden (20) angeordnet und diesen gegenüber geringfügig dicker sind, um das Gummiband (5) zu führen.
