Abstract
Dispositif et panneau destinés au chauffage, à la réfrigé ration à la climatisation ou au contrôle de l'humidité du milieu intérieur d'un habitat industriel ou domestique et pouvant être associés en particulier à un mur extérieur dudit habitat com prenant un échangeur de chaleur intérieur constitué par une surface d'échange thermique (4), des conduits de transfert de chaleur (6) et une platine (5); un échangeur de chaleur exté rieur constitué d'une surface d'échange thermique (7), de conduits de tranfert de chaleur (9) et d'une platine (8); une eceinte de stockage thermique (3) reliée à une platine (12) par l'intermédiaire de conduits de transfert de chaleur (11); les platines étant reliées par des modules thermoélectriques.
