In the present exemplary embodiment, residual lateral connections 30, 31 of small width are provided. Outside the area of these remaining connections 30, 31, the collar 29 or the collar front wall 32 is separated from the front wall 10 by a separating cut 40. The remaining connections 30, 31 are divided by side cuts 41, 42 from the adjacent areas of the collar 29.
Bei der Herstellung der Packung wird der Kragen 29 durch Relativbewegung gegenüber der Vorderwand 10 in zurückgesetzter Ebene derart verschoben, daß die Restverbindungen 30, 31 gegen die Rückseite der Vorderwand 10 umgelegt werden. Der die Vorderwand 10 überlappende Teil der Kragenvorderwand 32 erhält Anlage an der Rückseite der Vorderwand 10. Dadurch ergibt sich im Be- reich der Restverbindungen 30, 31 zusammen mit den angrenzenden Bereichen von Vorderwand 10 und Kragenvorderwand 32 eine Z- Faltung 43 (Fig. 6). Außerhalb dieser Restverbindungen 30, 31 liegt die Kragenvorderwand 32 mit einem imaginären Zwischenstreifen 44 an der Innenseite der Vorderwand 10 an. Der Zwischenstreifen 44 hat die doppelte Breite des inneren Schenkels der Z-Faltung 43, beispielsweise demnach eine Breite bzw. Höhe von 5 mm. Die Zuschnitte sind im vorliegenden Fall so ausgebildet, daß nur geringfügige Abfall -Stanzteile entstehen. Insbesondere sind die Kragenlappen 33 ursprünglich in gleicher Breite ausgebildet wie die angrenzenden Seitenlappen 15. Um dennoch bei der fertigen Packung keinen unerwünschten Überstand der innenliegenden Kragenlappen 33 zu erhalten, ist deren Breite durch eine geprägte Randerhöhung 45 nachträglich gegenüber der Ursprungsbreite reduziert (s. Claims
1. Klappschachtel, insbesondere für Zigaretten, aus einem einstückigen Zuschnitt mit an einer Rückwand angelenktem Deckel, der in Schließstellung einen mit einer Vorderwand verbundenen Kragen umfaßt, wobei der Kragen im Bereich der Vorderwand durch eine aus einem Zwischenstreifen gebildete Z-förmige Faltung (Z-Faltung) nach innen zurückgesetzt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Zwischenstreifen (44) gegenüber einer oberen Kante der Vorderwand (10) im überwiegenden Bereich durch einen quer verlaufenden Trenn- schnitt (40) abgeteilt ist, derart, daß lediglich im Bereich von Restverbindungen (30, 31) zwischen dem Kragen (29) und der Vorderwand (10) eine Z-Faltung (43) gebildet ist, außerhalb derselben der Zwischenstreifen (44) unmittelbar und ungefaltet an der Innenseite der Vorderwand (10) anliegt.1.
