Wandkalender dienen vielfach zu Werbezwecken, wobei die Kalenderlaschen als Werbeträger Verwendung finden. Hierzu wird die Kalenderlasche entsprechend den Wünschen des jeweiligen Kalenderkäufers bedruckt. Nun ist es aber aus produktionstechnischen Gründen wünschenswert, das Bedrucken der Laschen dann durchzuführen, wenn diese noch nicht an den Kalenderblock angeheftet sind. Darüber hinaus bietet dieses Verfahren den Vorteil, daß die Kalenderlaschen unabhängig vom Kalenderblock bedruckt werden können und-sobald die bedruckten Laschen vorliegen-kann die endgültige Kalenderherstellung in einer separaten Fertigungslinie erfolgen. Beim erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren werden die Kalenderblöcke auf einer schiefen Ebene frei rutschend gegen einen Anschlag in der Schräglage antransportiert, wobei auf den frei rutschenden Kalenderblock die Kalenderlasche aufgelegt wird. Das Auflegen der Kalenderlasche auf den Kalenderblock erfolgt dabei mit der bedruckten Außenseite, wobei Kalenderblock und Kalenderlasche in Schräglage mit ihren Hefträndern gegen den Anschlag der schiefen Ebene rutschen und beide gemeinsam quer zur Rutschrichtung unter Beibehaltung der Schräglage gegen einen anhebbaren und absenkbaren Anschlag weitertransportiert werden. Durch den Anschlag am Ende der schiefen Ebene und den Weitertransport in der Schräglage erfolgt eine Ausrichtung der beiden Teile aufeinander, wobei die Endausrichtung an dem abgesenkten Anschlag erfolgt. Während des Anliegens an diesem Anschlag werden Kalenderblock und Kalenderlasche an ihren übereinanderliegenden Hefträndern miteinander zusammengeheftet. Nach dem Heften erfolgt ein kontinuierlicher Weitertransport des Kalenderblocks mit der angehefteten Kalenderlasche, nachdem der Anschlag angehoben worden ist. Erfindungsgemäß kann es weiterhin von Vorteil sein, um die Verfahrensgeschwindigkeit und damit den Ausstoß der fertiggehefteten Kalender zu erhöhen, wenn die Kalenderblöcke aus dem Anleger von unten abgezogen werden, wobei das Abziehen zweckmäßigerweise mittels eines Saugbandes geschieht. Dies hat den Vorteil, daß der Anleger kontinuierlich von oben nachgefüllt werden kann, so daß ein Stillsetzen der Anlage nicht erforderlich ist. Weiterhin ist es von Vorteil, wenn nach dem Abziehen der Kalenderblöcke aus dem Anleger diese gegenüber der Abziehgeschwindigkeit beschleunigt weitertransportiert werden, so daß damit ein Vereinzeln der einzelnen Kalenderblöcke nach dem Verlassen des Anlegers erreicht wird. In Ausgestaltung der Erfindung werden die Kalenderblöcke auf einer Schiefen Ebene nach unten gegen einen Anschlag einer senkrecht zur Schiefen Ebene verlaufenden Transportbahn unter Beibehaltung des Neigungswinkels bewegt und auf der Transportbahn in dieser Schräglage weitertransportiert. Damit rutschen die Transportblöcke weitgehend selbsttätig auf die Transportbahn, wobei es allerdings vorteilhaft sein kann, wenn ein zusätzlicher Antrieb der Blöcke auf der schiefen Ebene erfolgt. Erfindungsgemäß ist es weiterhin wesentlich, wenn das Auflegen und Anheften der Kalenderlasche während des Transportes auf der geneigten Transportbahn erfolgt. Damit wird auch auf der Transportbahn ein kontinuierlicher Betrieb ohne ein zwischenzeitliches Anhalten der Kalenderblöcke gewährleistet. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren und die dazu benötigte Vorrichtung dienen dazu, an aus Kalenderblättern 1 vorgehefteten Kalenderblöcken 2 eine Kalenderlasche 3 anzuheften, wie in Fig. 1 dargestellt, und die Kalenderlasche 2 anschließend, wie in Fig. 2 gezeigt, umzufalten. Die Kalenderlasche 2 besteht aus einer Kartonlasche mit einem angeritzten Heftrand 4 und zwei durch eine Falznut 5 getrennte Laschenteile 6, 7, und zwar dem heftrandnahen Oberteil 7 und dem heftrandfernen Unterteil 6. Wie sich aus Fig. 3 ergibt, werden die in einem Anleger 10 gestapelten Kalenderblöcke 2 mittels eines Transportbandes 11 und weiterer nicht dargestellter Hilfsmittel aus dem Anleger entnommen und einer schiefen Ebene, die als Rutsche 12 dient, zugeführt. Auf dieser Rutsche 12 gleitet der Kalenderblock herunter bis an einen Anschlagrand 13 am Ende der Rutsche 12. Oberhalb der Rutsche 12 sind die Kalenderlaschen 3, die bereits bedruckt sein können, ungefaltet unter einem günstigen Winkel von vorzugsweise 45° gestapelt und werden mittels mindestens einer Saugwalze 14 aus dem Stapel abgezogen und durch diese mit ihrer bedruckten Laschenseite dem Kalenderblock zugekehrt auf diesen abgelegt, so daß der Heftrand der Kalenderlasche mit dem des Kalenderblocks zusammenfällt. Mittels einer vor der Saugwalze 14 im Bereich der Rutsche 12 angeordneten Lichtschranke 15 oder dgl. wird die Saugwalze 14 gesteuert. Das bedeutet, daß mittels der Lichtschranke 15 praktisch das Kommen eines Kalenderblocks gemeldet wird, und damit die im wesentlichen aus der Walze 14 bestehende Abzugs- und Ablegevorrichtung für die Kalenderlaschen angesteuert und in Betrieb gesetzt wird, so daß auf jeden herabrutschenden Kalenderblock zu gegebener Zeit, d.h. kurz vor dem Anschlagen desselben an dem Anschlagrand 13, eine Kalenderlasche abgelegt wird. Durch den Anschalgrand 13 erfolgt eine Grobausrichtung von Kalenderblock 2 und Lasche 3 zueinander. Gleichzeitig wird über die Lichtschranke 15 mit Verzögerung eine Transporteinrichtung, die als Transportkette 16 mit Mitnehmern 17 ausgebildet ist, in Bewegung gesetzt, wobei die Transportrichtung der Transportkette 16 senkrecht zur Rutschenbahn verläuft. Die Transportkette ist in einer Transportfläche 16 a eingelassen, die dieselbe Neigung wie die Rutsche besitzt. Der Anschlagrand 13 läuft entlang der gesamten Transportfläche. Durch die Mitnehmer 17 werden der Kalenderblock und die Kalenderlasche unter gleichzeitiger Ausrichtung weitertransportiert. Im Endbereich der Transportkette 16 werden sie von mindestens einem sich anschließenden Transportband 18 übernommen, wobei oberhalb des Transportbandes 18 im Bereich der Kalenderlasche und im Übergangsbereicht von der Transportkette 16 und dem Transportband 18 Andruckrollen 19, die von einem weiteren Transportband 19 a umschlungen werden, angeordnet sind, die die Lasche 3 auf den Kalenderblock 2 beim Weitertransport andrücken und ausrichten. In Transportrichtung hinter den Andrückrollen 19 sind anhebbare und absenkbare Anschlagstifte 20 angeordnet, so daß der Kalenderblock 2 mit aufgelegter Kalenderlasche 3 dort zunächst gestoppt wird, wobei eine Ausrichtung der Vorderkanten des Kalenderblocks 2 und der Lasche 3 zueinander erfolgt. Gleichzeitig wird eine Elektrokupplung gelöst und die Bänder 18 stillgesetzt; eine Rücklaufsperre verhindert den Rücklauf der Bänder, d.h. Block und Lasche bleiben fest an den Anschlägen 20 liegen. Unmittelbar in Transportrichtung vor den Anschlagstiften 20 ist eine Heftvorrichtung 21 angeordnet, mit der während der Anlage an den Anschlagstiften 20 die Kalenderlasche 3 mit ihrem Heftrand an den Kalenderblock 2 angeheftet wird. Vor den Anschlagstiften 20 sind hintereinander zwei Lichtschranken 22, 23 oberhalb der Transportfläche angeordnet, von denen die in Transportrichtung vordere Schranke 22 das Absenken der Anschlagstifte 20 bewirkt, sobald ein antransportierter Kalenderblock ein Steuersignal über die Lichtschranke erzeugt, und die folgende Lichtschranke 23, die unmittelbar vor den Anschlagstiften 20 angeordnet ist, löst durch den ankommenden Kalenderblock die Heftvorrichtung 21 aus und weiterhin mit Verzögerung das Anheben der Anschlagstifte 20, so daß der Kalenderblock 2 mit der nun angehefteten Kalenderlasche nach Einschalten der Elektrokupplung mittels der Transportbänder weitertransportiert werden kann. Beim Weitertransport durchläuft die so gebildete Kalendereinheit einen Leimapparat 24, durch den auf das heftrandferne Unterteil 7 der Kalenderlasche eine durchgehende, streifenförmige Kleberschicht aufgetragen wird. Im Bereich des Leimapparates 24 ist die geneigte Transportfläche unterbrochen, so daß dort eine Öffnung vorhanden ist, damit abtropfender Leim nicht die Transportfläche verschmutzen kann. Im Falle, daß das Transportband 18 unmittelbar unter dem Leimapparat weiterverläuft, kann dieses dort auch unterteilt sein, um einen Spalt anstelle der Öffnung zu bilden. Nachdem die Leimspur aufgebracht ist, läuft die Kalendereinheit in eine Faltvorrichtung 25 ein. In dieser Faltvorrichtung 25 wird das Laschenunterteil in der Vorritzung hochgebogen und umgefaltet und auf das Oberteil aufgepreßt, so daß es mit diesem verklebt. Dies erfolgt im wesentlichen mittels eines Faltschwertes 27 und einer Führungsleiste 28, wie in Fig. 4 genauer dargestellt ist. Das Faltschwert 27 besitzt eine leicht nach oben gebogene Spitze 29, die in einen zwischen dem Kalenderblock und der Kalenderlasche durch Niederdrücken des Kalenderblocks mittels einer Druckrolle 30 gebildeten Spalt sich einschiebt. Das Faltschwert 27 is vorne im wesentlichen klingenförmig flach ausgebildet, so daß sich dieser klingenförmige Abschnitt zwischen den Kalenderblock und die Kalenderlasche schiebt. Der dem Anschlagrand 13 zugekehrte Rand des Faltschwertes 27 richtet sich ausgehend von dem klingenförmigen Abschnitt Schraubengangförmig zu einem senkrechten Randsteg 31 auf, wodurch das Laschenunterteil allmählich in die Senkrechte aufgerichtet wird. Mittels der Führungsleiste 28 wird das Laschenoberteil niedergehalten. An dem Randsteg 31 ist ein Führungsschwert 32 befestigt. Dieses Führungsschwert 32 besitzt eine nach oben bogenförmig verlaufende Spitze 33, die in einen waagerechten Endteil ausläuft, der kurz oberhalb der Auflagefläche endet, so daß das Führungsschwert 32 insgesamt schräg nach unten geneigt an dem Rand des Faltschwertes angeordnet ist. Durch diese Ausgestaltung des Führungsschwertes erfolgt ein Vorbiegen des Laschenunterteils 7, so daß eine Berührung der Leimspur mit der Oberseite der Führungsleiste 28 vermieden wird und gleichzeitig das weitere Umfalten des Laschenunterteils beim stetigen Weitertransport des Kalenderblocks erfolgt, bis im letzten Teil des Führungsschwertes 32 das Unterteil derart auf das Oberteil 6 aufgedrückt wird, daß beide Teile miteinander verkleben. Die einzelnen Faltschritte sind in Fig. 4 gestrichelt angedeutet. Mit einer Druckrolle 38 oberhalb des Förderbandes 37 werden die Kalender auf das Band 37 gedrückt, um einen besseren Reibkontakt zwischen Kalender und Förderband zu erreichen. Das Band ist schräg nach oben verlaufend angeordnet, wobei die Größe des Steigungswinkels einstellbar sein kann. Am Ende des Bandes werden die beschleunigten Kalender auf ein Förderband 39 gegen eine Anschlagplatte 40 geworfen. Apparatus according to claim 7 or 8, characterised thereby, that the transverse transport path (16a) displays transport chains (16) with entraining pins (17), a belt transport system (18) follows the chains (16), a contact pressure roller belt system (19) is provided above the region of the calendar flap and in the transition region of the transport chain (16) to the belt system (18), raisable and lowerable abutment pins (20) aligned transversely to the conveying direction are arranged in transport direction behind the contact pressure roller belt system (19) and the fastening device (21) is arranged above the transport path (18) and in front of the abutment pins (20).
10. Apparatus according to one or more of the claims 7 to 9, characterised thereby, that the transverse path (18) is interrupted in the region of the glue application device (24).
11. Apparatus according to claim 10, characterised thereby, that the folding device (25) consists of a folding knife (27) with a forward region, constructed in the shape of a blade and exending parallelly to the transport path, with a tip (29) bent away upwardly as well as a lateral rim web (31), which rises helically in transport direction into a vertical rim web, wherein a guide blade (32), the tip (33) of which extends arcuately upwards, is arranged on the rim web (31) and the rearward horizontal part of the guide blade (32) is constructed with an inclination extending downwardly to the transport surface, and that a guide rail (28) is arranged parallelly to the abutment edge (13) and above the transverse transport path (18) at a spacing corresponding to the thickness of the calendar flap with calendar block.
12. Apparatus according to one or more of the claims 7 to 11, characterised thereby, that a presser foot roller (30) is arranged in front of and a further contact pressure roller (35) is arranged behind the folding knife (27) and above the transverse transport path (18).
