Abstract

Una estructura absorbente de cuerpo mixto capaz de un tiempo de penetración de fluído extremadamente corto, bien adaptada para su uso como un núcleo absorbente en productos absorbentes desechables tales como pañales desechables para adulto, pañales, almohadillas de incontinencia, toallas sanitarias, vendajes para heridas y vendas. La estructura absorbente de cuerpo mixto comprende una lámina de transferencia de fluído altamente absorbente que tiene una baja retención de fluído, y un depósito de efecto de mecha laminado con alta retención de fluído en comunicación de fluído íntima con la lámina de transferencia de fluído para atraer fluído desde el mismo bajo el efecto de acción capilar. El depósito laminado incluye capas sobrepuestas, la capa más cercana a la lámina de transferencia de fluído siendo provista con un excavación de distribución de fluído. Un elemento separador altamente poroso e hidrofílico se inserta entre las capas de depósito estableciendo un área de volumen de alto vacio que forma una extensión de la excavación absorbente de fluído entre las capas de depósito. La invención comprende también un método para proveer una absorción de fluído rápida en un producto absorbente desechable.
