Abstract
La invención proporciona anticuerpos scFv y anticuerpos monoclonales humanos que neutralizan el virus de la influenza. También se proporcionan métodos para tratar y/o prevenir una enfermedad o desorden relacionado con influenza, como gripe aviar. La invención también proporciona métodos para vacunar a un paciente contra la influenza. También se proporcionan métodos para diagnosticar enfermedades o desórdenes relacionados con la influenza y métodos para detectar la presencia de un virus de la influenza en una muestra.
