Abstract
La sujeción de un elemento que se encuentra bajo la presión de un fluido requiere precauciones especiales, en caso de que el elemento esté constituido por un material duro y frágil, y pueda ser destruido por tensiones localmente elevadas. Se dispone un elemento para fluidos semejante, por ejemplo de silicio/vidrio, en una pieza moldeada elastómera, por ejemplo de caucho de silicona, cuyo contorno está adaptado al contorno externo del elemento y al contorno interno de un sujetador. La pieza moldeada elastómera está biselada, en su cara de presión, en dirección al elemento para fluidos. Al ensamblar la sujeción, la pieza moldeada elastómera es deformada por un resalte existente en la contrapieza, y adquiere una tensión interna uniformemente distribuida, tras de lo cual la pieza moldeada elastómera rodea al elemento para fluidos en toda su altura. Gracias a esta "sujeción flotante" no se originan picos locales de tensión inadmisibles, y no se produce deformación del elemento. La sujeción es estanca frente al fluido, incluso aunque la presión del fluido cambie repetidamente desde un valor muy pequeño hasta varios centenares de bares. La sujeción es especialmente adecuada para un elemento para fluidos constituido por vidrio o silicio, en ejecución miniaturizada.La sujeción se emplea, por ejemplo, en la técnica médica para una boquilla en un pulverizador miniaturizado, a fin de producir sin gas propulsor un aerosol o una niebla, y para inyectar subcutáneamente sin aguja un líquido que contiene una sustancia medicinalmente activa.
