Abstract

Устройство IORT (10) для лучевой терапии онкологических больных, содержащее источник частиц; ускоряющее устройство (11), которое направляет пучок (12) частиц на мишень (14) через аппликатор (15); рассеивающий фильтр (16), который позволяет поддерживать расстояние между источником частиц и мишенью (14) в диапазоне, совместимом с использованием устройств IORT (10) в стандартных операционных помещениях; и оптическую систему для коллимирования пучка (12) частиц, которая расположена между рассеивающим фильтром (16) и аппликатором (15); при этом оптическая коллимирующая система пучка частиц содержит первичный экран (17), сконфигурированный для экранирования излучения, создаваемого рассеивающим фильтром (16); вторичный экран (18), сконфигурированный для экранирования фотонов, генерируемых на первичном экране (17); и коллиматорное устройство (19), которое обеспечивает размещение контрольных камер (20).
