Изобретение относится к области строительства, а конкретно к фасадным декоративным теплоизоляционным плитам или панелям, включающим внешний защитно-декоративный слой, и может быть использовано в качестве устройства теплоизоляционных покрытий стеновых конструкций зданий и сооружений в жилищно-гражданском, промышленном, сельскохозяйственном и других видах строительства. Задачей предлагаемого изобретения является изготовление фасадной декоративной теплоизоляционной плиты или панели с улучшенными техническими характеристиками. Техническим результатом является повышение прочности и надежности, улучшение морозостойкости и влагостойкости, повышение устойчивости к ультрафиолетовым лучам и коррозии, сокращение номенклатуры применяемых материалов при проведении работ по утеплению фасадов, за счет изготовления фасадных декоративных теплоизоляционных плит или панелей, уменьшение ручного труда и удешевление монтажа в процессе утепления фасадов, повышение прочности защитно-декоративного слоя.
