Abstract

Изобретение касается гибридных злаковых растений, получаемых путем восстановления фертильности пыльцы при цитоплазматической мужской стерильности типа Пампа (ЦМС Р-типа) и характеризующихся уменьшенным "сопутствующим грузом". Обеспечиваются растения, в частности рожь, которые как растения пыльцы мужского родителя способны восстанавливать фертильность пыльцы при ЦМС Р-типа. Также обеспечиваются молекула нуклеиновой кислоты, несущая необходимую информацию в отношении восстановления ЦМС Р-типа, ДНК и векторы, содержащие такую молекулу нуклеиновой кислоты, соответствующие клетки-хозяева, а также белок, который может кодироваться молекулой нуклеиновой кислоты, и направленные к нему антитела. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение обеспечивает способы получения соответствующих гибридных растений и трансгенных растений.
