Abstract
Изобретение относится к улучшенным материалам покрытий на основе RMA-систем (от англ.: Michael addition reaction), которые сшиваются с помощью классической реакции присоединения по Михаэлю. Материалы покрытий при этом содержат по меньшей мере от 10 до 70 мас.% одного или более CH-кислотных соединений A, от 4 до 40 мас.% одного или более винилогических карбонильных соединений B, от 1,5 до 15 мас.% одного или более латентных щелочных катализаторов C, до 10 мас.% одного или более фотостабилизаторов, до 20 мас.% одного или более средств, увеличивающих открытое время, до 20 мас.% одного или более средств, увеличивающих период жизнеспособности, до 70 мас.% одного или более неорганических и/или органических пигментов и от 0,1 до 40 мас.% одного или более средств для защиты против коррозии, во всех случаях в пересчете на общую массу материала покрытия. Изобретение также относится к полученным из этих материалов покрытиям, в частности к однослойным покровным лакам, а также к компонентам с покрытием, в частности к компонентам для сельскохозяйственной и строительной техники, например к компонентам кузовов, инструментов или навесного оборудования.
