Abstract

Предложен редуктор проходного моста полноприводного транспортного средства, содержащий установленные в формирующих общий корпус соответствующих картерах (1, 2,3) и связанные между собой двойную главную передачу, включающую пару конических шестерён (4, 5), образующих коническую передачу, и пару цилиндрических косозубых шестерён (6, 7), ведущая из которых установлена на приводном валу (8) проходного моста, образующих цилиндрическую косозубую передачу, и связывающую через межколёсный дифференциал (28) приводной фланец (9), установленный на приводном валу (8) проходного моста, с полуосями (10) привода колёс, и межосевой дифференциал (15, 20, 21, 22) со средствами принудительной блокировки (23, 24, 25, 26, 27), связывающий приводной фланец (9), установленный на приводном валу (8) проходного моста, с выходным фланцем (11), установленным на выходном валу (12) проходного моста. В заявляемом редукторе ведущая шестерня (6) цилиндрической косозубой передачи связана с противолежащим приводному фланцу (9) концом приводного вала (8) и установлена на подшипниках качения в сформированном картерами (1) корпусе, а ведомая шестерня (7) цилиндрической косозубой передачи связана с корпусом (15) межосевого дифференциала с возможностью передачи равных по величине крутящих моментов на соосно расположенные выходной вал (12) проходного моста и ведущую коническую шестерню (4) конической передачи.The invention relates to the transport industry and can be used in differential transfer boxes, in particular transfer boxes of the drive axles of an all-wheel drive off-road cargo vehicle. In the inventive gearbox, the drive gear (6) of a cylindrical helical gear is connected to the opposite drive flange (9) of the drive shaft (8) and mounted on rolling bearings in a housing formed by the crankcase (1), and the driven gear (7) (15) a center differential with the possibility of transmitting equal torque on coaxially located output shaft (12) of the axle and drive bevel gear (4) of a bevel gear.
