Abstract
Автономный подогреватель относится к транспортным средствам, а именно к системам, предназначенным для отопления салона, подогрева и поддержания предпусковых температурный условий двигателей внутреннего сгорания в условиях отрицательных температур окружающей среды, и может быть использован во всех транспортных средствах, в передвижных дизель-электростанциях, для отопления помещений. Автономный подогреватель содержит теплообменник (1), внутри которого расположена камера сгорания (2) со свечой зажигания (3), нагнетатель воздуха (4), всасывающий патрубком (5), патрубок выхлопных газов (6). На поверхности теплообменника (1) размещены теплораспределяющие секторы (7), на верхней поверхности которых размещены горячими спаями термогенераторные модули (8), на противоположной поверхности на холодных спаях установлены радиаторы охлаждения (9), а на свободной поверхности расположены штатные радиаторы охлаждения (10). Секторы (7) снабжены датчиками температуры (11), а камера сгорания (2) - датчиком горения (12). Температуру нагретого теплоносителя контролирует датчик температуры (13). Для жидкостного подогревателя используется всасывающий патрубок (15) нагреваемой среды, патрубок вывода отработанной среды (16). Радиаторы охлаждения (9) снабжены датчиками температуры (17). Устройство заключено в корпус (18). Свеча зажигания (9), выходы всех датчиков температур (11), (13), (17), датчик горения (12) связаны с электронным блоком управления (22), управляющим всем процессом с помощью пульта управления. Подзарядка аккумуляторной батареи (24) осуществляется также по программе электронного блока управления (22). Секторы образуют кольцо, которое стягивается ленточным хомутом (25), установленным в пазы (26) радиатора охлаждения (9). The autonomous heater contains a heat exchanger (1), inside of which there is a combustion chamber (2) with a spark plug (3), an air blower (4), a suction nozzle (5), an exhaust gas nozzle (6). On the surface of the heat exchanger (1) there are heat distribution sectors (7), on the upper surface of which thermogenerator modules (8) are placed on hot junctions, on the opposite surface on the cold junctions there are cooling radiators (9), and on the free surface there are regular radiators (10) . Sectors (7) are equipped with temperature sensors (11), and the combustion chamber (2) with a combustion sensor (12). The temperature of the heated coolant is monitored by a temperature sensor (13). For the liquid heater, the suction nozzle (15) of the heated medium, the nozzle of the waste medium (16) are used. Cooling radiators (9) are equipped with temperature sensors (17). The device is enclosed in a housing (18). The spark plug (9), the outputs of all temperature sensors (11), (13), (17), the combustion sensor (12) are connected to the electronic control unit (22), which controls the entire process using the control panel. The battery (24) is also charged according to the program of the electronic control unit (22). The sectors form a ring which is tightened with a band collar (25) installed in the slots (26) of the cooling radiator (9). The proposed heater reduces the fuel consumption of the engine, the cost of the device, eliminates the dependence on the battery
