Abstract

Предложен способ изготовления многослойной смешанной матричной мембраны, который включает предоставление опорного слоя, литье гидрофильного слоя на поверхности опорного слоя, литье гидрофобного слоя на гидрофильном слое и предоставление возможности слоям образовать многослойную смешанную матричную мембрану. Также предложен способ изготовления половолоконной композиционной матричной мембраны, который включает предоставление первого раствора, содержащего гидрофильный полимер, обеспечение второго раствора, содержащего гидрофобный полимер, и экструзию первого и второго растворов с образованием многослойной половолоконной композиционной матричной мембраны. Кроме того, предложен пластинчато-рамный мембранный модуль для прямой контактной мембранной дистилляции, использующий многослойную смешанную матричную мембрану. Пластинчато-рамный мембранный модуль включает впускное отверстие для сырья, способное распределять рабочий раствор по всему мембранному модулю, впускное отверстие для пермеата, способное распределять рабочий раствор по всему мембранному модулю, извилистый усилитель, содержащий несколько проточных каналов, выпускное отверстие для сырья и выпускное отверстие для пермеата.
