Abstract
Описываются полимеры α-аминоамидинов и способы получения полимеров α-аминоамидинов реакцией одного или более аминов с одним или более изоцианидов и одним или более альдегидов. Также предусматриваются способы получения полимеров α-аминоамидинов из коммерчески доступных исходных материалов, которые являются рацемическими или стереохимически чистыми. Полимеры α-аминоамидинов или их солевые формы предпочтительно являются биоразлагаемыми или биосовместимыми и могут применяться в различных системах доставки лекарственных средств и для других целей, например, таких как покрытия, добавки, эксципиенты, пластики и материалы и т.д. Поскольку в этих полимерах α-аминоамидинов имеется аминогруппа, они особенно применимы для доставки полинуклеотидов. Можно получать комплексы, мицеллы, липосомы или частицы, содержащие полимеры α-аминоамидинов по изобретению и полинуклеотиды. Полимеры α-аминоамидинов по изобретению можно также применять для получения микрочастиц для доставки лекарственных средств. В частности, учитывая их способность буферизовать среду, их можно применять для доставки неустойчивых агентов.
