Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения стеклянной панели, прозрачной только с одной стороны, содержащей один или несколько дискретных узоров из эмали, состоящих из нескольких точно совмещенных слоев, причем согласно этому способу а) наносят по меньшей мере один слой композиции, включающей по меньшей мере один минеральный пигмент, на всю или часть поверхности панели, причем указанная композиция не содержит стеклянной фритты; b) способом трафаретной печати наносят по меньшей мере один слой эмалевой композиции, содержащей по меньшей мере одну стеклянную фритту и по меньшей мере один минеральный пигмент, отличающийся по цвету от пигмента с этапа а), в виде желаемого узора или узоров; с) панель, покрытую указанными слоями, нагревают до достаточной температуры, чтобы обжечь эмаль и d) удаляют пигменты, не связанные эмалью, находящиеся вне узора или узоров, отличающемуся тем, что частицы пигмента(ов) и частицы стеклянной фритты имеют близкий размер, в частности имеют такое гранулометрическое распределение, что размер 50% частиц меньше 7 мкм, и тем, что толщина слоя эмалевой композиции, нанесенной на этапе b), больше толщины пигментного слоя, нанесенного на этапе а), причем толщина слоя эмали, нанесенного на этапе b), составляет от 20 до 100 мкм, а толщина пигментного слоя, нанесенного на этапе а), составляет от 4 до 15 мкм.
