Abstract

Раскрыты сконструированные пестицидные полипептиды, являющиеся высокоактивными против широкого спектра вредителей, и способы получения таких полипептидов. Нуклеотидные последовательности, кодирующие пестицидный полипептид, можно применять для трансформации различных прокариотических и эукариотических организмов, при этом организмы можно применять для получения пестицидных полипептидов. Рекомбинантные организмы и/или полипептиды, вырабатываемые рекомбинантными организмами, можно применять для борьбы с вредителями в различных условиях окружающей среды.
