Abstract

Изобретение относится к защитному элементу для защищенного от подделки и/или ценного документа, содержащему матрицу на основе органического полимерного материала, по меньшей мере один распределенный в матрице электропроводящий пигмент и по меньшей мере одно распределенное в матрице органическое люминесцирующее вещество, которое в присутствии электропроводящего пигмента способно бесконтактно возбуждать светоизлучение и размер частиц которого составляет менее 200 нм, причем органический светоизлучающий полупроводник не закапсулирован и непосредственно окружен матрицей и утоплен в нее, а также к применениям такого защищенного от подделки и/или ценного документа, а также изготовленный с их применением защищенный от подделки и/или ценный документ.
