Abstract
Колесо, содержащее обод (J1) и шину, борта (100) которой усилены каркасной арматурой (10), завернутой вокруг бортового кольца (5), образуя оборот (20), причем этот борт содержит аксиально снаружи оборота каркасной арматуры толщу материала, образующую наружный профиль (101) борта, причем этот наружный профиль (101) борта выполняют таким образом, чтобы расстояние А между каркасной арматурой (10) и этим наружным профилем борта в его части, которая может входить в контакт с круговым выступом обода, соответствовало формуле (Z), где В является расстоянием, отделяющим конец (21) оборота (20) от каркасной арматуры, при этом борт (100) содержит между каркасной арматурой (10) и оборотом (20) первый и второй профили, при этом первый профиль (1) проходит от бортового кольца и выполнен из материала с секущим модулем при растяжении и при 10%-ном удлинении, который превышает 20 МПа, при этом второй профиль (2) располагают в борту таким образом, чтобы он входил в контакт со стороной (30) первого профиля и с оборотом (20), при этом второй профиль (2) выполняют из материала, имеющего секущий модуль при растяжении и при 10%-ном удлинении, по меньшей мере равный 7 МПа, и секущий модуль при растяжении и при 100%-ном удлинении, по меньшей мере равный 4,5 МПа.
