Abstract

Инъекционная лекарственная форма для лечения острого инсульта и черепно-мозговой травмы включает в качестве действующего вещества терапевтически эффективное количество гептапептида Met-Glu-His-Phe-Pro-Gly-Pro и по меньшей мере одно вещество, выбранное из группы антиоксидантов, включающих β-каротин, ретинола ацетат, α-токоферола ацетат, аскорбиновую кислоту, лютеин, кверцетин, рутин (витамин Р), дигидрокверцетин, бутилгидрокситолуол, α-липоевую кислоту, L-карнитин, янтарную кислоту, а также, необязательно, по меньшей мере одно вспомогательное вещество, выбранное из группы, включающей, стабилизаторы, пролонгаторы, буферирующие добавки, эмульгаторы-солюбилизаторы, растворители, наполнители, консерванты и другие вспомогательные вещества, разрешенные к медицинскому применению.
