Abstract

Настоящее изобретение относится к способу диагностики меланомы человека на основании определения уровня экспрессии гена PHF10 в клетках пациента, причем сниженный уровень экспрессии гена PHF10 в клетках образца морфологически опухолевой ткани по сравнению с таковым в клетках образца морфологически нормальной ткани свидетельствует о наличии у пациента меланомы. Также раскрыт набор для проведения диагностики меланомы человека, содержащий по меньшей мере две пары праймеров, специфичных к гену PHF10, и по меньшей мере одну пару контрольных праймеров.The present invention relates to a method for diagnosing human melanoma on the basis of determining the level of expression of the PHF10 gene in a patient’s cells, with a reduced level of expression of the PHF10 gene in a sample of morphologically tumor tissue compared with that of a morphologically normal tissue in a sample of the patient. Also disclosed is a kit for diagnosing human melanoma, containing at least two pairs of primers specific for the PHF10 gene, and at least one pair of control primers.
