Техническим результатом изобретения является улучшение технологических и экологических показателей печи с созданием эффективной газовой горелки. Газовая горелка содержит газоподающую трубу с тройником, резьбовой пробкой, шибером с контргайкой, съемным соплом, канал предварительной подготовки, состоящий из конфузора, камеры смешения и диффузора с пальцами. Газоподающая труба соединена патрубком с резьбой, размещенным соосно с конфузором и закрепленным косынками. На палец диффузора с помощью "Г"-образных пазок зафиксированы цилиндрические обоймы. Во внутренней обойме размещено микрофакельное устройство в виде пучка из прямоугольных труб с закрытым межтрубным пространством и кольцевым стабилизатором в виде канавки, на нижней и наружной сторонах которого просверлены множество отверстий в шахматном порядке. Причем внутренняя сторона расположена перпендикулярно, а наружная сторона под углом <90° относительно нижней части кольца. The gas supply pipe is connected by a threaded nozzle located coaxially with the confuser and fixed with kerchiefs. On the finger of the diffuser with the help of “G” -shaped grooves cylindrical clips are fixed. In the inner ring there is a micro-flare device in the form of a bundle of rectangular pipes with a closed annular space and an annular stabilizer in the form of a groove, on the lower and outer sides of which a plurality of holes are drilled in a staggered manner. Moreover, the inner side is perpendicular, and the outer side at an angle <90 ° relative to the lower part of the ring. A blade swirler is installed in the channel between the outer cylindrical yoke and the mount.
