Abstract
Способ производства слоистого звукопоглощающего нетканого материала (51), содержащего резонансную мембрану, которая размещена между двумя слоями (21, 22) прочёсанной волоконной ватки, при этом оба слоя (21, 22) прочёсанной волоконной ватки изготавливаются одновременно на чесальной машине (2), из которой каждый слой (21, 22) прочёсанной волоконной ватки направляется отдельно в установку (3) для производства нановолокон методом электростатического формования, в которой на сторону по крайней мере одного слоя (21) прочёсанной волоконной ватки, повёрнутую к оставшемуся слою (22) прочёсанной волоконной ватки, наносится слой (32) нановолокон, после чего оба слоя (21, 22) прочёсанной волоконной ватки приближаются друг к другу до тех пор, пока их повёрнутые друг к другу стороны не соприкоснутся, укладываются один на другой в избранном количестве слоев, а затем эти слои скрепляются.
