Abstract

Настоящее изобретение направлено на создание устройства детектирования, предназначенного для детектирования присутствия аналита в образце, содержащего процессор, запоминающее устройство, дисплей и устройство измерения цвета, отличающегося тем, что в нем присутствует средство для поддержания постоянной температуры или профиля температуры упомянутого образца. Кроме того, настоящее изобретение направлено на способ определения наличия или отсутствия аналита в жидкости путем анализа данных изображения из образца для анализа, который генерирует полученное в результате изображение на среде для анализа, содержащий следующие этапы: (a) инкубирование образца упомянутой жидкости вместе с упомянутым образцом для анализа при заданной температуре или заданном профиле температуры; (b) получение упомянутого изображения-результата на среде для анализа и (c) отображение изображения-результата с помощью устройства приема изображений для генерирования цифровых данных изображения, соответствующих результату изображения; и (d) используя средство обработки данных, применение к цифровым данным изображения сохраненной взаимосвязи между изображением-результатом и данными калибровки анализа для генерирования квантованного результата упомянутого анализа, отличающегося тем, что этап (а) инкубации выполняют одновременно с этапами (b), (с).
