Abstract

Изобретение предлагает многоступенчатый испаритель для дистилляции воды, имеющий верхний по потоку конец и нижний по потоку конец. Испаритель содержит множество ступеней, соединенных последовательно и подразделенных на группы. Каждая группа имеет общий впуск для параллельной подачи воды, выполненный с возможностью снабжения питательной водой всех ступеней указанной группы. Испаритель включает в себя главный трубопровод для питательной воды, сообщающийся по текучей среде с верхней группой. Ряд нагревателей расположен вдоль главного трубопровода и нагреватели выполнены с возможностью нагрева питательной воды до ее поступления в ступени указанной верхней группы. Каждая ступень снабжена средствами теплообмена, выполненными с возможностью приема входящего пара. Эти средства предназначены для получения из питательной воды первичного выходящего пара с выпуском остатка питательной воды в виде концентрата, а также для конденсации части входящего пара с целью получения дистиллированной воды с выпуском остатка входящего пара в виде вторичного выходящего пара. Каждая ступень снабжена средствами для направления первичного выходящего пара в смежную ступень, расположенную ниже по потоку, для которой он является входящим паром, и средствами для направления вторичного выходящего пара в один из нагревателей для нагрева питательной воды. Каждая группа содержит насос для извлечения концентрата из ступеней указанной группы и его перекачивания в общий впуск для параллельной подачи воды смежной группы, расположенной ниже по потоку. Испаритель также содержит средства для сбора дистиллированной воды.
