Abstract

The material, when it is sprayed, is further subjected to moisture extraction and drying. An air flow generator connected to the venturi creates a high velocity air flow that pushes material through the venturi and directs it into the inlet of the air flow generator. The air flow generator directs the resulting pulverized material to the outlet, where then the material can be separated from the air. The acoustic emission sensor receives resonant frequencies excited by the material passing through the air flow generator. Resonant frequencies reflect the material flow rate, which can be adjusted to avoid an overload situation. The automatic system is connected to the axis of rotation of the air flow generator to ensure balancing, which increases efficiency and eliminates cavitation.
