Abstract
"SISTEMA E PROCESSO PARA PULVERIZAçãO E EXTRAçãO DE UMIDADE" Um venturi recebe material entrante por um tubo de entrada e submete o material à pulverização. The material, as it is sprayed, is subjected to moisture extraction and drying. A venturi coupled air flow generator generates a high velocity air flow to pull material through the venturi and into an inlet opening in the air flow generator. The air flow generator directs the received spray material to a discharge, in which the material may subsequently be separated from the air. An acoustic emission sensor receives the resonant frequencies generated by the material passing through the airflow generator. Resonant frequencies reflect a material flow rate, which is adjusted to avoid an overload situation. An automatic system, coupled to a shaft rotating the air flow generator to provide balance, improves efficiency and eliminates cavitation.
