Abstract
Описаны способы продуцирования аполипопротеина в растениях. В одном варианте осуществления изобретение относится к способу экспрессии аполипопротеина в растениях, предусматривающему (а) создание конструкции химерной нуклеиновой кислоты, содержащей в 5'-3' направлении транскрипции в качестве функционально связанных компонентов: (i) последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты, способную контролировать экспрессию в клетках растений и (ii) последовательность нуклеиновой кислоты, кодирующую полипептид аполипопротеина; (b) введение конструкции химерной нуклеиновой кислоты в клетку растения; и выращивание клетки растения в зрелое растение, способное давать семена, где семена экспрессируют аполипопротеин.
