Abstract

Предложена новая терапевтическая система, пригодная для введения амоксициллина и клавулановой кислоты один или два раза в сутки. Один компонент дозы представляет собой по меньшей мере одну фармацевтическую композицию амоксициллина и клавулановой кислоты с быстрым высвобождением, а другой компонент дозы представляет собой по меньшей мере одну сохраняющуюся в желудке фармацевтическую композицию с замедленным и пролонгированным высвобождением амоксициллина.
