Abstract
Изобретение относится к способу получения сетки, содержащей стекловолокна и целлюлозные волокна, в ходе которого осуществляют диспергирование в технологической воде разрезанных стекловолокон и целлюлозных волокон, затем формируют слой в формирующем устройстве путем прохождения дисперсии по формующему полотну, через которое стекает технологическая вода, при этом волокна удерживаются на указанном полотне, а дисперсия в момент прохождения содержит катионную технологическую воду, производят термическую обработку в сушильном устройстве. Способ обеспечивает получение сетки, содержащей от 2 до 12% целлюлозы, от 70 до 80% стекла, от 8 до 27% связующего, прочность на разрыв которой выше 430 gf.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
