Предложены соединения формулы (I)гдепредставляет собой одинарную или двойную связь,Rпредставляет собой атом водорода или гидроксильную или алкоксигруппу,каждый из Rи R, которые одинаковы или различны, представляет собой атом водорода или атом галогена, или алкильную, алкоксигруппу, гидроксильную группу, полигалогеналкильную группу, нитрогруппу, необязательно замещенную аминогруппу или группу формулыгде m представляет собой целое число, причем 1 ≤ m ≤ 4, или вместе с несущими их атомами углерода образуют ароматическую или неароматическую, моно- или бициклическую группу, содержащую в кольце от 5 до 12 членов, необязательно содержащую 1 или 2 гетероатома, выбираемых их O, S или N,Rпредставляет собой атом водорода или арильную группу, гетероарильную группу, циклоалкильную группу, необязательно замещенную алкильную группу или группу формулы CORгде заместитель Rпредставляет собой арильную группу, необязательно замещенную алкильную группу, необязательно замещенную аминогруппу или группу OR, где заместитель Rпредставляет собой арильную группу или необязательно замещенную алкильную группу,X представляет собой атом кислорода или атом серы или группу -CH- или -CH-CH-,Ar представляет собой арил, гетероарил или арилалкильную группу,их оптические изомеры, их гидраты и сольваты, а также их аддитивные соли с фармацевтически приемлемой кислотой.
