Abstract

В заявке описываются способ и устройство для обработки жилок табачных листьев при изготовлении резаного табака для курительных изделий, с помощью которых неразделенные жилки соусируют, доводя содержание в них влаги до максимума, приблизительно, 45%, затем соусированные жилки подвергают сверхсушке, доводя содержание в них влаги до менее, приблизительно, 12%, и в завершение подвергнутые сверхсушке жилки повторно увлажняют до значений, требуемых для процесса их последующей переработки, например для процесса "CRS", т.е. раскатывания и резки.
