Плавленое огнеупорное изделие, имеющее приведенную ниже среднюю химическую композицию в мас.% на основе оксидов и в общем 100%: ZrO30-50%; SiO8-16%; AlOостальное до 100%; YOне менее 50/ZrOи YOне более 5%; NaO+KO+BOне менее 0,2% и SiO/(NaO+KO+BO) не менее 5×YO; CaO не более 0,5%; другие виды оксидов не более 1,5%.

(57) Плавленое огнеупорное изделие, имеющее приведенную ниже среднюю химическую композицию в мас.% на основе оксидов и в общем 100%: ΖτΟ2 30-50%; δίθ2 8-16%; А12О3 остальное до 100%; Υ2Ο3 не менее 50/ΖτΟ2 и Υ2Ο3 не более 5%; Ыа2О+К2О+В2О3 не менее 0,2% и 8ίΟ2/(Ν;ι2Ο+Ι<2Ο+Β2Ο3) не менее 5χΥ2Ο3; СаО не более 0,5%; другие виды оксидов не более 1,5%.

Claims (12)

1. Плавленое огнеупорное изделие, имеющее следующий химический состав в массовых процентах на основе оксидов и в общем 100%:
ΖτΟ2 30-50%;
2 8-16%;
А12О3 дополнение до 100%;
Υ2Ο3 не менее 50/ΖτΟ2 и Υ2Ο3 не более 5%;
2О+К2О+В2О3 не менее 0,2% и 8Ю2/(№2О+К2О+В2О3) не менее 5χΥ2Ο3;

СаО не более 0,5%;
другие виды оксидов не более 1,5%.
2. Изделие по п.1, где содержание оксида иттрия выше отношения 60/ΖγΟ2.
3. Изделие по любому из пп.1, 2, где содержание оксида иттрия выше отношения 70/ΖγΟ2.
4. Изделие по любому из пп.1-3, где общее содержание щелочных оксидов Ыа2О+К2О+В2О3 ниже
1,5%.
5. Изделие по п.4, где общее содержание щелочных оксидов Ыа2О+К2О+В2О3 ниже 1,1%.
6. Изделие по любому из пп.1-5, где 81О2/Ыа2О составляет не менее 5,5χΥ2Ο3.
7. Изделие по любому из пп.1-6, где массовое отношение 81О2/Ыа2О выше 12.
8. Изделие по любому из пп.1-7, где содержание диоксида циркония выше 32% и/или содержание диоксида кремния выше 10%, и/или содержание оксида алюминия выше 38%, и/или содержание оксида иттрия выше 2,0%, и/или общее содержание щелочных оксидов Ыа2О+К2О+В2О3 выше 0,3%.
9. Изделие по любому из пп.1-8, где содержание диоксида циркония ниже 45% и/или содержание диоксида кремния ниже 15%, и/или содержание оксида алюминия ниже 52%, и/или содержание оксида иттрия ниже 4,5%, и/или содержание щелочных оксидов Ыа2О+К2О+В2О3 ниже 1,2%.
10. Изделие по любому из пп.1-9, где
ΖγΟ2 32-45%;
δίθ2 10-15%;
А12О3 40-50%;
Υ2Ο3 2,2-4,0% и
Ыа2О 0,4-1,2%.
11. Изделие по любому из пп.1-10 в форме блока, имеющего массу более 10 кг.
12. Стекловаренная печь, у которой места, расположенные в зоне печи, подвергающейся вступлению в контакт с расплавленным стеклом или с газами, высвобождаемыми в результате плавления стекла, представляют собой изделие по любому из пп.1-11.
