Abstract

The incontinence pad towel has an essentially rectangular shape and comprises a pad 3 of an absorbent material, a liquid-impermeable outer film 2 and a liquid-permeable inner film 4. The side edges b, b' are bent over the permeable inner film 4. This shape is maintained at each end by means of a permanent fixing agent 7, especially a small amount of adhesive, and in use acts as a pocket.
