Claims (14)
1. Fremgangsmåde til at betjene en pumpe (12) i et akvakultursystem (10), hvilket akvakultursystem (10) omfatter en kulturbeholder (20) der huser akvatisk liv, en pumpe (12) med variabel hastighed, en sensor (22), en iltkegle (26) i direkte fluidforbindelse med kulturbeholderen (20) gennem en iltsolenoidventil (24), et biofilter (16) i fluidforbindelse med kulturbeholderen (20) og pumpen (12), og en programmerbar styreenhed (14) i forbindelse med sensoren, iltsolenoiden, og pumpen, hvilken fremgangsmåde omfatter: at recirkulere vand gennem kulturbeholderen (20) ved en gennemløbshastighed; at recirkulere vand gennem biofilteret (16); at måle et niveau af opløst ilt i kulturbeholderen (20) med sensoren; idet den programmerbare styreenhed bestemmer en gennemløbshastighedstærskel baseret på niveauet af opløst ilt og iltbehovet for det akvatiske liv i kulturbeholderen; at finde et aktuelt niveau for opløst ilt målt med sensoren; at sammenligne gennemløbshastighedstærsklen med det aktuelle niveau for opløst ilt målt med sensoren; og når det aktuelle niveau for opløst ilt er under gennemløbshastighedstærkslen, øger den programmerbare styreenhed en hastighed på pumpen (12) for at øge gennemløbshastigheden gennem kulturbeholderen (20) og betjener iltsolenoidventilen (24) til at styre en iltstrøm ind i kulturbeholderen (20) indtil koncentrationen af opløst ilt er større end eller lig med den fastsatte gennemløbshastighedstærskel.
2. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 og endvidere omfattende overvågning af mindst en af ammoniak, nitrit, nitrat og faststoffjernelse.
3. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 2 og endvidere omfattende overvågning under anvendelse af sensorer i biofilteret (16).
4. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 og endvidere omfattende at tilvejebringe en tovejsforbindelse mellem pumpen (12) og solenoidventilen (24).
5. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 og endvidere omfattende anvendelse af en gennemløbsstyringsalgoritme til at betjene pumpen (12) til at fastholde gennemløbshastigheden.
6. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 hvor gennemløbshastighedstærsklen er et behov for vandkvalitet og sikker svømmehastighed for fiskene.
7. Fremgangsmåde ifølge krav 1 og endvidere omfattende at bestemme hvornår fiskene skal fodres baseret på niveauet af opløst ilt.
8. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem (10) til akvatisk liv omfattende: en kulturbeholder (20) konfigureret til at opbevare akvatisk liv deri; en iltkegle (26) i fluidforbindelse med kulturbeholderen (20) gennem en iltsolenoidventil (24); en sensor konfigureret til at måle et niveau af opløst ilt i kulturbeholderen (20); en pumpe (12) med variabel hastighed konfigureret til at cirkulere vand gennem kulturbeholderen (20) ved en gennemløbshastighed; et biofilter (16) i fluidforbindelse med kulturbeholderen (20) og pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed; og en programmerbar styreenhed (14) i forbindelse med sensoren, iltsolenoidventilen (24), og pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed, den programmerbare styreenhed (14) konfigureret til: at bestemme en tærskel for opløst ilt for kulturbeholderen (20) baseret på et iltbehov for det akvatiske liv deri, at finde et aktuelt niveau for opløst ilt målt med sensoren, at sammenligne tærsklen for opløst ilt med det aktuelle niveau for opløst ilt målt med sensoren, og når det aktuelle niveau for opløst ilt er under tærsklen for opløst ilt, at øge gennemløbshastighed gennem kulturbeholderen (20) ved at øge en hastighed af pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed og betjene iltsolenoidventilen (24) til at styre en iltstrøm ind i kulturbeholderen (20) indtil det aktuelle niveau for opløst ilt målt med sensoren er større end eller lig med den fastsatte tærskel for opløst ilt.
9. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) omfatter et drev med variabel frekvens.
10. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) er konfigureret til at bestemme en gennemløbshastighedstærskel baseret på niveauet af opløst ilt og at øge hastigheden på pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed for at tilpasse gennemløbshastigheden gennem kulturbeholderen (20) over gennemløbshastighedstærsklen.
11. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) er konfigureret til at opdatere tærkslen for opløst ilt baseret på et respirationskrav vedrørende akvatisk liv i kulturbeholderen (20).
12. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) omfatter en brugergrænseflade (160), og styreenheden (14) er konfigureret til at ændre hastigheden på pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed baseret på brugerinput fra brugergrænsefladen (160).
13. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) er integreret i pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed.
14. Recirkulationsakvakultursystem ifølge krav 8, hvor styreenheden (14) er en indbygget styreenhed tilstødende pumpen (12) med variabel hastighed.
